The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and modern. The shopping center can be packed but there is convenient rooftop parking. I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance. Highly recommend this office to everyone looking for friendly, professional and high quality service!

Unfortunately now that it's super popular they're always completely booked and very slow. The staff always looks confused and it's constantly people waiting hours for service. When you come for a cleaning you will wait for 2-3 hours before being seen. My tooth broke and it took them 2 months to get me an appointment. I was taken back about 8 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and the dental assistant completed all of the X-rays required for my dental cleaning. After the X-rays were finished, I was informed that no one could actually see me because the dental hygienist was unable to come to work that day. What is most frustrating is that the office apparently knew about this ahead of time, yet no one called me to cancel or reschedule my appointment before I arrived. As a result, I wasted my time driving to the office, completing the registration process, and undergoing X-rays, only to be told that my appointment could not be completed. This showed a lack of organization and respect for patients' time. I hope the office improves its communication and scheduling process so that other patients do not have the same experience.
