He tried to compensate me for the late filing by giving me a reduced fee for his services, but the reduction in his fees do not cover the penalties I am required to pay due to the returns being filed late - after the deadline for extensions. I like Kent and have worked with him for several years, but he does terrible business. He doesn't return phone calls or emails. I would have appreciated it if he just told me he couldn't complete my taxes on time and I could have looked for someone else. I truly feel sorry for the ladies in his office - they have their hands tied.
