We thought it was too far gone, but Mike managed to bring it back to clean swimable water. He also performed a badly needed filter cleaning (more than once) to assure the last of the dreaded Algae was gone. He also repaired the shaft seals and a minor pipe leak to bring the system up to perfect performance. Mike's name was given to me by Leslie's Pool and I took a chance he was good. Best thing I ever did. My former pool company is no longer working for me (I'm pretty upset with them). Mike has earned my loyalty going forward. Thank you Mike. Thanks Aqualine.

After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. And I would gladly recommend them to any family and friends that need any work done on their pool.

Huge recommendation for Horizon Pool Care…read more Our pump stopped working and I called two local companies to come diagnose. The first guy came on Monday morning. He looked at the pump without touching anything and said, "you've got a burned out pump. It'll be $1,300 plus labor." I asked if he wanted to inspect it and make sure it's getting power. He said, "I don't need to. The timer's moving, so it's getting power," and then he wanted to up sell me other upgrades for $1,800. Tuesday morning Jimmy Young from Horizon Pool Care came out and actually did a hands on inspection. He found a wire that wiggled loose, fixed it, and saved me $1,700. A very honest man!
