It was irritating. I was in the area this week and decided to stop by and ask if they could tell me why i didn't get a call back - and they couldn't. The front desk girl stated that she had no clue that I had ever called although i called and left 2or 3 messages. There was a second girl standing behind the receptionist and I saw her point to something on the phone as the receptionist was scrolling through calls - as if she saw my number. When I asked if they saw my number - they didn't answer. It would have been nice to receive a call to schedule an appointment about 2 weeks ago. This clearly is not good customer service. The owner contacted me and falsely accused me of harassing her employees she did not even ask me about my side of the story! I simply went in to inquire why I did not receive a return call after leaving messages. I do not recommend this place, I experienced lousy customer service.

I booked the Body & Soul 90 min with Kelsey. The booking process was super easy. Online, easy &…read morethere was a spot on a Saturday morning that I was immensely grateful for. The follow up messages to confirm my appointment were appropriate & when I arrived, was another message they wanted me to alert them when I arrived. The building is secured, so I could appreciate that aspect of the appointment. You can never be too secure while being relaxed & vulnerable. Walking inside the secure building is filled with several other businesses, not only Spaology. They are tucked away in the back but don't be fooled. It's far more expansive than you may realize. On to the massage. Kelsey was an absolute delight. Normally, I'm like "shoosh" it's quiet time now, but. I did enjoy chatting with her for a bit & getting to know who she was, why she started doing massages, for how long, what type she did, etc. I opted for the Body & Soul massage 90 min with an added scalp massage at the end, because I definitely needed 90 min but did the I didn't want a "working" massage where she really dug into my deep knots but wanted to relax and get some of the knots out too. She did an AMAZING job. I was honestly so relaxed and felt so fabulous when I left. She gave awesome instructions & suggestions about what to do for post-massage care to help address all the toxins that would be free flowing in my body that she got moving. I will absolutely go back to see her & will absolutely recommend Spaology & Kelsey. Truly, phenomenal job. Super reasonable prices. Easy booking. Relaxing environment. No pressure to upcharge or sell you anything. Fabulous customer service all around.
