The rented space is dingy, old and Massage room was okay, but not the best. Ambiance was not spa like in the least. My appointment was cancelled once (not by me) and I was put on a waitlist and never was given an appointment until very close to my appointment the next month. I made an appointment (with the manager) and he never recorded it. When I showed up for the appointment I made - he denied it, and offered no remedy. This happened twice. Homeless sometimes sleep near the entrance and would not leave until the police came. Only tolerated this place because of Delores and I honored my one year contract. They still owed me one more massage, but I just can't make myself go back to that sloppy cold mismanaged circus.

I…read moream a patient in the El Paso office and I'm in the process of changing my referral to another dermatologist because of how awful Epiphany's customer service is. Not only do they not know how to fill out paperwork/work with your insurance, they also are unwilling to escalate your issues to help ensure your care is taken seriously and in a timely manner. I have now sunk 3 months of faith in Epiphany, and I deeply regret it. I was excited to be under PA Meraz's care, but not at the expense of working with this underperforming office team. I require a prior authorization in order for a prescription to be dispersed for my condition - Epiphany has not been able to process this one simple form for almost 8 weeks now despite me calling them nearly every week. They have two biologics coordinators for all of their dermatology locations under the Epiphany umbrella, and only one of them, Angie, has a phone number to call... but she NEVER responds. I have left her 3+ messages and have never received a response. I even worked with my insurance provider to find out what documentation they required and found the singular form Epiphany needed to provide in order to get the pharmacy to release my prescription. I have called the El Paso Epiphany office over 10 times, and they only give me Angie's number as a solution without the willingness to escalate the issue further. It took me finding the Epiphany HQ number and calling to get ahold of the office manager before there was any traction on my case - after 7 weeks! He assured me I would get a call back from Angie that day, and guess what, I still have not heard from her. So my prescription has been put on a hold status until she finally decides to submit the one form necessary. At this rate, I'll be empaneled with another provider before she takes the time of day to fill out the form.

Walking inside the secure building is filled with several other businesses, not only Spaology. They are tucked away in the back but don't be fooled. It's far more expansive than you may realize. On to the massage. Kelsey was an absolute delight. Normally, I'm like "shoosh" it's quiet time now, but. I did enjoy chatting with her for a bit & getting to know who she was, why she started doing massages, for how long, what type she did, etc. I opted for the Body & Soul massage 90 min with an added scalp massage at the end, because I definitely needed 90 min but did the I didn't want a "working" massage where she really dug into my deep knots but wanted to relax and get some of the knots out too. She did an AMAZING job. I was honestly so relaxed and felt so fabulous when I left. She gave awesome instructions & suggestions about what to do for post-massage care to help address all the toxins that would be free flowing in my body that she got moving.
