He's very knowledgeable and understanding and seems prepared for most unexpected situations. I should point out I did call him with permission of my apartment complex's property manager. Having no knowledge of locksmith fees, and assuming that the secretary had comparison shopped, I paid the $514 bill. $89 per door and $69 service call. The work was done and not much I could do after the fact. Additionally, the secretary received a phone call questioning the amount billed. Asked if it was correct. We are going to need 5 additional doors rekeyed in January. I called a truly local locksmith, $152.50 total bill. I called Express Locksmith, didn't tell them about previous service, asked for the estimate on 5 doors and was told $264+ tax. So far I have not been able to get an explanation from the company on this billing variance. I am supposed to get a detailed bill and a call from management....no email yet and waiting on call. I highly suggest using a local locksmith and not some company from anywhere USA that then contracts out to some unknown person in the area.
