I only ever expect a cut, so my first time there was interesting! She did the cut well, and followed with the massage that only usually comes at higher end places (in my experience). I make it a point to only go here for a cut. All guys know how hard it is to find a barber who does a cut the way they like, and when you find that one, you stick with that one. Customer service is always on point here, and I'll wait for Sue, no matter how long the line is.

He's a pleasant enough guy who'll talk if you want and let's things ride when you don't. Rick charges $15, cash money, for a haircut that usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Business is good and he stays fairly busy. From my experience, a typical wait to get to the chair is about 15 minutes but even on a busy day, I've never waited more than 45 minutes. I asked for a modern "mullet" (just a little longer in the back) with faded sides and he gave me one of the coolest haircuts I've ever had. For a $12 haircut, you can't beat it (I always give him $20). I wait for AJ to be ready, and if he's not there, I come back later. I don't let the female barber cut my hair, no offense to her, just prefer AJ. I've heard from friends that she doesn't do as good of a haircut.

Awful experience with mediocre results. Ms. Song is a nice old lady but there is a language…read more(Hangul/Korean) barrier. I think she does a mediocre job in cutting hair, only because she likes to rush the hell out of your haircut. Maybe if she took her time then it would be a way better experience with awesome results. I came in for a high fade comb over and she couldn't get it right the first time. They don't give you time to inspect the end result with a mirror. I had to go to the bathroom to find out she missed a spot. I asked to just snip of the spot she missed and she was so disgruntled. Definitely the last time I will be coming back here. Good luck to all who dare lol. Also, she raised the prices of her haircuts recently just FYI. Don't even think about going to her other barber apprentices, unless you want to wait for Ms. Song to come help and correct the mistakes. One more thing, don't fall for her advertisement for sushi at her restaurant it's a waste of a trip and money for terrible sushi.
