After I explained the difference in haircut from the reference video, he attributed the outcome to the client wanting to resemble the model rather than adapting the cut using appropriate techniques. The barber also used vulgar wording when provided feedback, I am hoping for more professionalism in an open family-friendly shop! He was also unwilling to review short reference videos provided by the client and instead wanted to get over it fast. He pointed me away from the mirror so I wouldn't look at his lack of skill until the end. I'm hoping to have a better experience with the Korean staff and will provide an update afterward.

I only ever expect a cut, so my first time there was interesting! She did the cut well, and followed with the massage that only usually comes at higher end places (in my experience).
