I made a reservation for one night (Christmas Eve) at this hotel on the Quality Inn website. I cancelled the reservation 4 days prior to the stay. The hotel still charged me for the reservation. I called the hotel and they told me that there was a second reservation made for the next night (Christmas Day) and that is what I was being charged for. I demanded a refund and was grudgingly told ok. The next day there was no refund. I called again and explained the situation again. Again, I was told there would be a refund put through.
