They had cheese omelettes, sausage and breakfast potatoes. As well as two waffle irons to make mini Belgian waffles. Second night a bunch of kids checked in for some soccer / hockey event. They were teenagers but acted like toddlers in the hallways. Running and screaming. Loud music was playing in the room next to us but they had enough courtesy to turn it off by 11pm. Second moring we went down same time. 9 am. No sausage, no potatoes and no waffles. Only thing hot were western omelettes ( yuck ). No cleaning service so had to ask for extra towels at the front desk. Our room phone wouldn't call the front desk. I asked for a couple extra pillows and was told they were out. Didn't think we'd ever stay here again. Proximity to what we wanted was too far away.

This last visit was the worst of the bunch. Multiple families here for what would seem to be a staycation. Kids and families dragging water into the hallways from the pool. And fairly loud in their rooms. I know this is me being complainy but guests need to respect that other people are around. In general there were multiple broken items in the hotel. Benches at breakfast, handle in the elevator, signs through out, toilet paper holder in my bathroom. There was also no shampoo which was really annoying after I arrived late after a severely delayed flight. The staff did jump to fill it the next day when asked. After which I noticed the conditioner was also empty. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast and fine. Coffee was always fresh and available. Parking was free and wash to access the building from all sides. Rooms generally clean.

They have a swimming pool which we did use. It wasn't crowded at all and they also have party rooms where they let the guest can use the pool. We've stayed here twice. The price was a little inflated when my group went due to there being many events that weekend, but not as crazy as some of the other nearby hotels. The hotel and our room was very clean upon arrival. The decor, furniture, etc. was pretty old-school. When we reserved, we were under the impression that we'd have a couch in the room but instead got a large space with many different chair options. It worked out fine and we used the space to have friends come over before we went out to our event. We were fairly loud and when we checked to see if the sound would bother our neighbors by going into the hall, you actually couldn't hear much. We got no complaints so I assume it was the same for the walls between the rooms. The bed was comfortable and everything worked fine. Good water pressure in the shower. Mini fridge worked better than most hotel fridges. Lots of places to unpack belongings. Front desk staff was responsive and kind. Parking was complementary and super easy. They had complementary breakfast, but we did not indulge (we slept in!) Just a few cons. The gym and the pool were both closed during our time there. Our room had no full-length mirror, just the regular mirror in the bathroom. Easily resolved by adding a mirror. Also, no closet in our room. Finally, the TV had only very basic channels. I'd recommend adding Netflix or some kind of streaming service - at least the ability to log in with one's own account. The TV seemed pretty old and probably incapable of this.

The room was very dated with sticky and dirty floors. The bathroom was a real enjoy, the toilet paper holder only had one part. (PIC) The body wash, shampoo and lotion dispensers were all empty. The toilet paper roll was 3/4 gone. They finally has some Hispanics to fix the holder. They didn't bother to clean up the mess they left, that's when we found the numerous long black hairs. (PIC) The only chair was extremely stained. (PIC) We had to get a new roon key numerous times major headache. Supposedly they were renovating the 3rd floor, being on the 2nd floor (217) it WASN'T really nice to listen to banging until after 9 pm. The telephone had no cord. I couldn't just exchange towels with the housekeeper as she didn't speak or understand English but she did bring a whole new set of towels. The breakfast was sad, just cereal byt good coffee.. The outside of the hotel has lots of garbage and cigarette butts and weeds. The parking lot had a large pot hole in it. Some interesting guests made it a bit sketchy. The room had a decent bed. The mini frig and microwave were nice. The staff was OK not exactly welcoming. We learned a valuable lesson to spend more for a better experience. We wouldn't recommend this hotel.

When we checked in the guy at the desk was friendly and got us checked in at no time. The room is very clean, the restroom clean. The beds were comfortable we all slept good, just an all around great stay. The area and rooms were quiet, with all the businesses around you'd think it'd be a bit noisy but nope. If you're around the area and looking for a place to stay and relax, you can't go wrong. The price wasn't bad at all, not sure if the price is the same on their actual website but I got a good price from Hotels.com. I recommend this hotel if you need a great night stay! I will say they should get vending machines on every floor, only floor that had them was the first floor.

I am diamond status and always get thanked and offered a snack or drink but nothing from her. No biggie maybe off day. I ordered a king room and get there and it is 2 queens. The room is hot as you know where. The AC is off in summer. I get a text asking if I need anything. I politely say I ordered a King room, the room was like a sauna and no welcome as diamond. She says sorry the thermostat is on the wall. I again politely let her know I found it but I ordered a king room. She said are sold out. Again I said but I paid for a king. She then in all caps (cut and paste from her text) : " I am SORRY THAT YOU ARE IN A DOUBLE WE ARE CURRENLT SOLD OUT.". I'd avoid this place like the plague.

Let me start by saying my boyfriend chose this hotel because of its convenient location right off…read morethe Chicago interstate. Unfortunately, this was not one of his better hotel picks. We booked one of the jacuzzi rooms, and I've stayed in much nicer ones elsewhere. The jacuzzi had visible mold and clearly had not been cleaned properly. I actually cleaned it myself before we used it. The caulking around the tub was deteriorated and needs to be stripped and replaced, and the foundation supporting the jacuzzi did not feel secure at all. The bed was another major issue. For a room of this type, a king-size bed would have been much more appropriate than the small bed provided. My boyfriend and I are not large people, but the bed felt cramped. Worse, it was broken. After a six-hour drive from Minnesota, all we wanted was to get some sleep, but instead we had to rotate the bed and place towels under the box spring just to make it usable. Sitting on it felt like being on the cracked Titanic. The room was very minimal for the price charged and definitely not worth what we paid. There was also mold around the window and in the regular shower, which is unacceptable. I do want to mention that the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and seemed to do their best with what they had to work with. My frustration is not with them. However, this property desperately needs a deep cleaning and major maintenance. I watched the housekeeping staff cleaning rooms, but it appeared to be basic surface cleaning only. When we moved the bed to fix it, we found mold underneath as well. I would strongly recommend that management temporarily close the hotel, bring in professional cleaners and maintenance crews, and address the mold, broken furniture, damaged caulking, and overall condition of the property before charging guests premium rates for these rooms.
