they were very nice as they swindled us into the vehicle. then raised the final price without us knowing. then it's been one issue after another. and I know one of the issues has something to do with state inspection not being done. can you sale cars that hasn't been inspected. it ran good for about 30 days. just long enough for the warranty to run out. read more

I came in to have an inspection done. Was told to drop the vehicle off between 8-9am. I dropped it off at 8:15am. Come back 2 hours later and my vehicle isn't even being worked on because they say they have other vehicles they are working on. I went ahead and spoke to the manager. Very rude and unprofessional to the point where she hung up on me. This business shouldn't even be around. You should not say that you do not make appointments & then when we are one of the first vehicles to be dropped off not work on it until whatever time you want but say other vehicles were scheduled ahead. Makes no sense the system they have. Avoid this place at all costs. Her description in the business is that she'll hang up if you're rude because she believes the customers isn't always right. True customers are not always right, but in a world of business you should also learn how to better explain a system and not believe that YOU are always right either. It was rude to treat customers the way you did. COVID and all and as these are times of stress but there is literally no reason to be unprofessional as a manager. This at the same time makes me crack the heck up because you continue that way and you won't have a business to manager anymore. So again folks, they don't do appointments but make sure you don't drop the vehicle off first because they don't work on it first. They work on other vehicles that were scheduled ahead of time first. Vehicle was towed to the facility under false pretenses. The car sat at the impound for 3 days and accrued an astronomical bill. Went to pay the bill and was met with disrespect in the form of uncalled for remarks and hostile attitude. The vehicle was towed less than a mile with a bill of almost $20 a foot. When I inquired about the price I was told I should of not gotten the vehicle towed. That's correct I shouldn't have. My vehicle was towed and slapped with a price tag beyond my control. The bill was paid for in full and an extra 20 dollars would have been added to be treated with a little civility. The pandemic has hit me and my family hard like millions of others. Even in a skilled trade I make sacrifices everyday. My vehicle can't be one of them. I have a family to provide for. That money is not to pay a trumped up bill for a tow that is a joke. read more

Treated me fair. My mom used Days, and being in her mid 70's the fact that she felt like she was treated right was pretty darn important to me. When it came to my own vehicle needing service that I didn't have time to do myself, I first took it to the dealer and about choked at their quote. I went to Days and got quoted about 2/3rds the cost of the dealer. Then time for the repairs came and I got a call from Days, they inspected one item quoted for repair and suggested I do not replace it yet as the part itself was still fine (torn boot). I ended up paying less than their original quote. I would recommend the business manager change her text. While accurate, it's not the best face to put forward when you rely on customers. read more

The female manager at Day's is HORRIBLE. They made a mistake when they were doing an oil change (a twisted rubber gasket inside the oil filter created an oil leak) and the manager said "you probably hit something and it is not our fault". When I arrived she continued to get an attitude and be very rude. After they fixed their mistake, a mechanic apologized. When a call was made to discuss this with the female manager, she ended up hanging up 3 times intentionally! What kind of manager hangs up on someone? I remained calm and spoke rationally, and she became extremely irate....... shouldn't it be the other way around? DON' T GO THERE!!! A total scam never take a car their to get inspected or any other services they lie and cheat and try to make you spend so much more money which is unnessisary cost us a lot more hassle then we wanted and fist off took 5 to 6 hours just to do an inspection the front desk Lisa really has a bad attitude and doesn't know how to help or talk to customers and their inspection guy supposed to be their but unfortunately they have him at other shops working instead of theirs took my car back to get signed off for the inspection because they said it failed for a wheel bearing and when we changed the wheel bearing the lug nut that is holding it on was soooo loose and which could have been the problem to begin with but when we took it back they stated that their inspection guy was at another shop and refused to take ownership of their problem ....and then I was also told I would be charged a 25$ fee although I had the paper work for the things that I had fixed or I was also told they may charge me 60$ instead and when I asked why they had no explanation!! So now I am taking my car elsewhere to have in inspected all over again because of the negligence of days auto and not having their inspection guy !!what a scam and a joke should have called the police and reported them read more

BE AWARE don't be fooled by by this mom and pop shop they might have been there for years but they have developed a know it all attitude and treat there customer with disrespect and poor custormer service once they get your money. they will tell you they will do something and give you the paper work and then they won't. dont waste time totally rude and get really nasty when you catch them in a lie. I called them to gets prices and spoke with a Sam Day clearly stated (i wrote price down) 60.00 for a front end alighnment and when i dropped car decided while there to let them mount 2 new tires i had for car. Was quoted 20 per tire with valve stems. as i said i wanted stems replaced. When they called me to tell was done asked total as wanted to pay so daughter could pick up. was a little higher than expected asked and told me 69.99 for alighnment & 25.00 per tire. told her what Sam had said and woman got really nasty & defensive and would not let me talk to Sam. and to top things off only did toe setting did not do camber adjustment. as car has replacement struts on front that are slotted for camber adjustment. I showed alighnment print out to a mech. who is ase certified and does alighnments He staited camber way off and stated clearly they should have checked strut bases that are clearly visible when on alighnment rack for adjustment.
