Come back 2 hours later and my vehicle isn't even being worked on because they say they have other vehicles they are working on. I went ahead and spoke to the manager. Very rude and unprofessional to the point where she hung up on me. This business shouldn't even be around. You should not say that you do not make appointments & then when we are one of the first vehicles to be dropped off not work on it until whatever time you want but say other vehicles were scheduled ahead. Makes no sense the system they have. Avoid this place at all costs. Her description in the business is that she'll hang up if you're rude because she believes the customers isn't always right. True customers are not always right, but in a world of business you should also learn how to better explain a system and not believe that YOU are always right either. It was rude to treat customers the way you did. COVID and all and as these are times of stress but there is literally no reason to be unprofessional as a manager. This at the same time makes me crack the heck up because you continue that way and you won't have a business to manager anymore. So again folks, they don't do appointments but make sure you don't drop the vehicle off first because they don't work on it first. They work on other vehicles that were scheduled ahead of time first. See what I mean that it makes no sense. sometimes I wonder how business have been running for so long
