One employee in particular with short brown hair always has to scan my ID even though I've been a customer here for over 20' years. Whenever I question or have a question for her she always replies with such a snarky and cunty attitude. She treats everyone like this, so I've heard. I've actually gone out of my way to not go here while she's working. Stay away folks if you see this one behind the counter! What ever happened to customer service? Not at this place where the one behind the counter rules her court. The only dude that works behind the counter, however is the best and is why I would give 1.5 stars. I'd actually give him 10 stars but the brown headed lately just brings this down. They quickly made a replacement cake for the next day and offered it at half price.
