I finally realized they basically were incapable of fixing it and went to pick it up. They charged me over $400 for NOT fixing my bike. I essentially had to pay a ransom to get it back. We wound up taking it to a real bike repair shop in the Cities where they told us it needed a five dollar fuse and ten minutes worth of labor. As a repair shop, E-Bike of Duluth is indifferent and incompetent. I'll be suggesting Rad Bike remove them from their recommended service locations.

The marathon is on a beautiful course along the water. The day was absolutely perfect for running, around 50 degrees and sunny most of the race. As a spectator, you need a plan that allow you to travel, park, get to a spot, cheer, get back to your car, and time the next spot your runner will be...rinse and repeat as many times as you can over 26 miles. Grandma's is a bit more challenging to do that (as compared to Twin Cities) because there are only so many arteries to the race route. There are cars all over and lots of people moving at the same time. Closed roads and construction didn't make it easier. We were able to see our runner about 6 times on the course. She was easy to find after the race. It was all well organized with race packet easy to pickup. Allow plenty of time for parking as there are tons of people and cars to work around. Great experience.

Grandma's Marathon was great! It is a beautiful course and there are supporters along most of the…read moreway! It is super exciting to run into Duluth - the last 4 miles or so are packed with people cheering the runners on. The festivities continue after the race! There is live music all night and other special events and vendors around Canal Park. Wonderful weekend, great race!!! I have no affinity to goats or whatever, just that they are cute. :) The location is lovely - outside of Duluth (do not listen to apple maps when it tells you it's in the middle of the city of Duluth!). The enchanting locaiton - they had a fire going, and a beautiful table and checkin process. They had plenty of hand sanitizer and even had some mats available for use (they get kind of muddy in the dirt and with the goats). There was the yoga instructor, and several staff that walked around to get everyone a chance to interact with the goats. They brought some food and would put it on our backs and the goats would jump right up. They also had BABY GOATS that they would bring around and let us hold. Ariel, the coach did a great job with the class and was both attentive and helpful. Athletes in the class were very friendly and supportive. It felt like a fun community. Aerial appears to offer more than CrossFit. Duluth is very fortunate to have a gym of this caliber, knowledgable coaches and friendly people.
