I do not recommend the Cliffs of Moher tour. I can imagine no greater H3ll than sitting on a bus…read morefor 12 hours without a bathroom, but it exceeded my expectations for how awful it was. The bus drives erratically along winding roads, swinging horribly. At least 2 people on our tour were vomiting at their seats. It does stop at least every 1.5 hours for bathroom breaks but the stops are short, you do not get to experience anything at these stops except for one mediocre restaurant that is chosen for everyone for lunch. The cliffs are usually cloudy/windy/rainy anyway. Definitely not worth it. The driver was nice enough and gave some information while driving, that is the only positive feedback I can give.

Our tour guide, Anthony, was not only a font of knowledge but was so kind about taking endless pictures for the folks on the tour. We learned so much about Irish history and really got a taste of village life during our lunch stop at Lynhan's Hotel where we had great Guinness stew!

We met up with our tour guide, Grace, outside of the Trinity College main gated entrance. Overall I enjoyed the tour we had. Grace was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of history of the sights we stopped at: first on the grounds of Trinity College, then through the nearby neighborhood, including Old Parliament and Temple Bar. She also took us to an area close to Temple Bar to discuss Viking settlements, which was neat! It was difficult to hear her for a good amount of the time due to the volume of traffic and the fact our group was on the larger side. I wish that the company might consider this and either make adjustments to group size, look into a portable voice amplifier, or simply have the guide speak in an "outdoor voice." Unfortunately I did not know the area and parked by timed metered parking, so we had to depart the tour early since my meter was expiring! (Oops.) I would recommend the tour, but suggest that you ensure you cozy right up to the tour guide so you don't miss out on any information!

Been planning to take a trip with these guys for a while so, as a treat, we booked three one-way…read moretickets to Howth. All the protocols were observed, hand sanitiser, masks etc. It was a very nice day so we perched on the deck for the entire trip. It took about an hour for the crossing, great scenery and a chance to see the city and environs from a different angle. We then had lunch in one of the myriad restaurants on the pier and took the Dart back to DL to pick up the car. Highly recommended for a different way to spend your afternoon.

The good: - The scenery is beautiful…read more- Very relaxing if you enjoy being out on a boat - It's easy to book through their website - You get to know a bit more about the coast of Dublin, Howth and Dún Laoghaire - There's a bar and a bathroom on the boat The bad: - It's hard to identify where the cruise is departing, they should have more signs around the pier. - The boat was late - and we were asked to be there half an hour before departure. The boat only arrived 15 minutes after that. - The crew was a bit too rude Don't do this if you get seasickness, it sounds obvious but a lot of people were very seasick and two even threw up. There will be waves, especially if it is a windy day.
