    Where do I even begin? My wife and I live in the Condos on Spencer Village Ct in Appleton. Not…read moreonly are the HOA dues the HIGHEST we have EVER paid but we don't get much for our dues. Just last month they told the owners that they need to come up with THOUSANDS of dollars to pay for new siding REGARDLESS if their particular needed new siding. We spent ALL YEAR trying to budget and they dumped this on us the last month of the year!!! Furthermore I emailed Pfefferle about our dangerous sidewalks. My wife has fallen TWICE and just two days ago I went down hard. Pfefferle is aware of the problem and I was told that they would address the problem in the Spring when it warmed up. Boy oh boy, they'll soak you for every dime but they don't want to do squat for us owners. What property management companies forget is that they work for US!

They…read moreare filling the building with marijuana smokers which gives the building an offensive odor on entry. They are slow to non-responsive on maintenance issues. I notified them of non-opening windows in May and as of November, nothing has been done. I reported that the garage clicker had stopped working and we changed the battery a month ago. In response, they threatened me with a rent increase for not paying separately for my garage space which was included when I signed my lease. The clicker has not been replaced, nor do they have the intention of doing so. My advice to you: don't rent anything that Pfefferle manages. They are the worst!

Not only does she assist in finding the perfect tenant she makes sure that things remain as they should be: 1- Rent payments/leases 2- Annual inspections. 3- Communicates with tenants related to issues. 4- Communicates with owners related to issues. 5- Has reliable, competent staff of cleaning, repair crew. 6- Takes care of all matters related to Rental. Having investment property is never easy. Best Real Estate Management is by far superior to any other company in the area. It is extremely difficult to find competent and professional property mangers, that do more then collect the money. There are many others but when your tenant is locked out of the house at 11PM see how many of them will assist. If you can get Toni to manage your property you will be thankful. I had a private garage attached to my apartment, a private entryway and a balcony. That is where the good ends though. Management sucked. You wait months for a simple maintenance request to be acknowledged if it even does, and then get charged for it being broken when you finally move out because they ignored the request for repairs. I had to call my manager everyday for days and leave messages for him to get back to me because I was moving out early due to getting married and buying a house. i have yet to hear back. I contacted the corporate office and they said I had to keep trying to contact him their was nothing they could do. I gave my move out notice and stated I was going to be fully out of the apartment 2/28/22 when in reality I had been moved out for over a month before that date. Last week I got an itemized tenant ledger stating I owed Wright Weber almost $400 after they kept my security deposit. Within that ledger it said I moved out 3/4/2022 and therefore owed March's rent, and i owed for cleaning and repairs to the apartment. I called the corporate office and they said I needed to either pay it or I'd be taken to court even though my final walkthrough was all good and approved. To say this company is crooked is probably the nicest thing I can say about them. They have managers and maintenance workers who don't do their jobs and then blame the tenant. Do not move into an apartment owned by Wright Weber Management or you will most likely have the same issues. There are more negative reviews than just mine. Do your research!!!

No place is perfect, but Focus definitely does their best to make it as close to perfect as possible without breaking renters' banks!

    We lived at this property for over four years under Munz Corporation and had a positive experience…read moreduring that time. Unfortunately, everything changed when Focus Management Group took over. In February 2025 we renewed our lease with Munz through February 2026 at $1,325 plus $25 pet rent. After Focus assumed management, we were repeatedly asked to sign a new lease and were regularly billed for charges that were not part of our existing agreement, including utilities. Almost monthly we had to contact management to correct our account and remind them that our lease with Munz was still legally in effect. We provided documentation multiple times, yet the same issues continued to reappear. At one point we were told our lease had expired and were even told by a legal representative that utilities were agreed to under a Focus renewal. We never signed any lease with Focus. To resolve the confusion, we ultimately had to contact Steve Munz, the former owner, to confirm our lease renewal ourselves. After four years as tenants, the repeated billing disputes and lack of due diligence created enough stress that we chose to move out. Even after vacating, Focus attempted to withhold our security deposit for utilities that were included in our rent. Only after raising our lease agreement yet again was the deposit returned. The maintenance team and community were excellent, and we would have gladly stayed longer if not for the management issues. Property management companies have a responsibility to review tenant documentation and honor existing leases during ownership transitions. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.

    We've been in our new home for one year. While we love the house, we would not choose to work with…read moreCypress Homes again, given their lack of responsiveness over the past year. We were initially drawn to Cypress by the high quality of their work. We worked with Josh, who was truly exceptional. We appreciated how responsive he was to our questions and concerns. He worked really hard to get us the home we wanted for our unique lot. The frustrations began when we transitioned from sales to project management. The project manager rarely responded to questions, and when he did, it was often with inaccurate or misleading information. The months of poor communication continued right up to the final walk through. It was visible that the excavator did not do a proper job of grading on three sides of our house. The Contract Specifications state, "The grader will slope the terrain to provide drainage away from the foundation...The finished grade of the soil shall slope away from the dwelling at a rate of at least 1/2" per foot for a minimum distance of 10'..." In multiple spots, the grade actually slopes toward the house and the foundation by about five inches, leading to standing water against the foundation. It's been an entire year of calling and emailing, and Cypress has still not met the contract language. Initially, I emailed, called, and texted the project manager about this problem. He never responded. I spent thousands of dollars fixing the drainage problem myself on two sides of the house shortly after we moved in. Because the house is under a one-year warranty, I expected to work with the office staff this spring to resolve the remaining issue on one side of our home. I was right to be concerned. Thawing snow and early spring rain quickly revealed the sloping grade toward the house. Water pooled against the foundation, leading our sump pump to cycle every two minutes for more than a week. For more than three months, I have emailed and called to explain the issue and seek resolution. The lack of response has been stunning. One year after we moved in, the issue is unresolved. Final recommendation: If you want a quality new home, Cypress Homes will likely deliver. But if you want a quality new home and seek a positive building experience (contract upheld, professional and timely communication, etc.), take your business elsewhere.

She always answered questions promptly. Taya, who is extremely organized, made the design process go smoothly. The Cypress design center kept a large variety of finishes in one convenient location. Contractors on-site took the time to ask us detailed questions about what we wanted right down to the smallest detail. They were courteous, provided quality craftsmanship, and cared about our input. We were very please when our custom home was finished ahead of schedule. A high level of excellence was shown by everyone on the team, and we cannot thank Cypress Homes enough for building our forever home!

Didn't let me finish giving them a phone number or any info to contact me. I tried to explain how evicting 2 senior citizens, my 13 year old son and my new born newphew and his mom seems so heartless. When I asked about what they would do or suggest they spoke to me with a condescending tone. I was told they were busy and kept being cut off and hung up on twice. Christines supervisor Karen was worse unfortunately. Instead of trying to hear me out she hung up as well. It is the worst feeling to have someone treat you like they are garbage. PMI I hope one day all of this makes sense to you. We are human but we are being treated like we are undesirables.

    I rented a house from them and ever time I put something in the maintenance meld they would only…read moreallow the person they sent to do a half ass job nothing was ever fully fixed and it would take them forever to send anyone out and I wasted my one day off work walking around with some guy telling him all that was wrong with the house and nothing on that list had gotten fixed so one day I put it all in the meld and then like a week later I got an end tendency letter in the mail and they wouldn't tell me why mine you I rented there for 4 years and they didn't even give me 28 days to get out. I was an out standing renter I was only late once during covid cause of job change and not realizing the day it was and then they gave me a letter to saying to get out the next day after I revived the letter unless I pay the $25 late fee that day!
