When he came back to install it, the gasket still did not seal but he did not try and figure out why--he just told me to give it a few days. He did not clean the area where the gasket went, and did not inspect the hinges. Well, the next day everything inside the freezer was coated in ice. When I contacted him, he told me there was nothing he could do and reprimanded me for not saving the old gasket when he told me to. He told me that I was being picky and I should just get a new fridge and it's not his fault that the gasket did not seal. Service was completed in a timely manner for a fair price. I called again when I needed electrical work done for my parents and then again for an estimate on having new AC unit installed. After talking with Mr. Price we decided it was better for us to install mini splits instead of a big unit as many of the rooms are only used part of the time! It was a great decision and the work was completed on our schedule. We love the mini splits and the fact that air or heat does not have to be run to heat or cool the rooms not in use! Mr. Price is a good person and has helped us with various small projects while he was here including installing a small wheelchair ramp mother had ordered. He is our 1st call for any project we need!
