They already have a 3 star total review as I write this. Here's my story: called them two weeks ago on a Monday. Left a message indicating what I was in need of (it was an apartment that they had listed on their website). I was helping out a family member that lives in Hawaii. I waited two days, didn't get a call back. So I called them on Wednesday. Said I was waiting on a call back. Cassie, the person answering said that I needed to pay the $10 application fee (not able to be paid through their website), so I said "no problem, I'll give you my credit card". She said, no - no credit cards. Paypal only. So she said she'd send me the PP link to pay when we got off the phone and then we could go from there. She said "after payment is received, it takes about 2 days to get back to you for an appointment". Next day comes around. No Paypal link from her for me to pay the fee. It's now Thursday and...nothing. I called again on Thurs evening. Then she send the link. I paid it immediately. Friday rolls along, then the weekend, then the following Monday. Now it's been a week since my original message. Nothing. Wednesday comes around, and I call her back! (it's been 9 days now). Here's what she tells me: I AM APPROVED TO GET THE APARTMENT! But...the way their policy works is that...I need to fly out from Seattle to view the apartment. Then they need to re-review all their applicants for the apartment, THEN I have to fly back out there to get the keys. I said, "wow, that's nuts; Can't I just pay you the deposit and the first month's rent NOW, and come get the place's key on the same day?". No she says. Can't break policy. They never rent "sight unseen". I said, "well how to people that are moving from out of state handle this? You mean you have them fly out to view. Then fly back out to actually get the place?". Yep. This crazy rental company has no sense of time or customer service. Nutty policies, don't call you back, don't make sense, don't have a clue what they're doing. I said, forget it. Working with another company instead. Already having a better experience. These folks have a good search ranking on Google (it's called paid advertising) so they always pop up on internet searches. Ignore them. read more
