I had a difficult time with Cherry, but this staff including the manager assisted me to change Cherry (which is very difficult). The technician, Nataly, performed my treatments, and it was clear she had no idea what she was doing. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. If their laser actually worked, I wouldn't be dealing with this mess today. If you're thinking about going here--DON'T. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and wasted money. This place is a joke.
