I was incredibly sick with a terrible cold--constant coughing, congestion, phlegm, exhaustion, and just feeling miserable overall. A friend highly recommended I try their vitamin IV treatment, and honestly, I was skeptical at first. But I was willing to try anything to feel better. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. After the IV treatment, I genuinely felt like a different person. My energy started coming back, my body felt refreshed, and I finally felt like I could function again. As a parent of a very energetic toddler, being sick is not an option for long. Unfortunately I had a bad experience at the Sunset Aesthetics. I had a good previous experience, so I came back and thought I was going to become a regular client and visit them for my ongoing beauty needs. But the last treatment I got from them has left visible bumps on my jawline which caused me a lot of stress and attracted wrong kind of attention to my appearance. I was left with two asymmetrical bumps which really affected the aesthetics of my facial features. As someone who works with their appearance - it's especially devastating. I waited for the final results to set in, thinking that maybe it will go away, but the longer I waited the more I freaked out from how bad it was starting to look. When I finally reached out and told them about my problem, they rushed to dismissing my concerns, offloading accountability and claiming they have nothing to do with it and that I waited too long to tell them. The procedure I got was radiesse. It takes a few months to show the final results and is not dissolvable. So it did not make sense for me to rush. It made sense to wait and see what's going to happen and what the final result will look like. What is most concerning to me is that their immediate response was "it's not our fault" when it absolutely is. I have took photos and videos of every step of the process before/during/after my visit and can prove that it is the direct result of the procedure I got there. And yet instead of rushing to help and fix the issue - they denied that they were even responsible. That is a huge red flag cause while a good cosmetic procedure can change a life by improving one's appearance, a bad one can just as easily ruin it. Cost a person job opportunities, relationships, destroying their self esteem, affect their mental health causing them anxiety and distress. The repercussions can be significant. Which is why the mark of the good provider is their willingness and readiness to prioritize the customer's health and safety. I didn't expect them to treat me with such neglect. After that I lost trust in them and felt that it is unsafe to come back cause something else can go wrong and they might just respond with the same negligence and lack of responsibility. I want my provider to actually care about my wellbeing, when they do work on me . And I want to be confident that if anything goes wrong - they will take care of me and won't stop until they fix the issue and make sure that the final results are positive, not disastrous. Now I rated them two stars, not one, cause I did have a positive experience before. So I gave them an extra star for that. It what happened the last time was unacceptable. I am not willing to risk my face like that and I do not appreciate such a low quality customer service. In this industry it is unacceptable. Very disappointed. read more

This experience left me feeling deeply if I can give ZERO start I will I am extremely disappointed and unsafe. I clearly stated I did not want fillers and requested Sculptra only. I trusted the provider ( Meghan) enough to close my eyes and not verify the product, believing honesty and integrity were a given. After the procedure, the results and physical firmness raised serious concerns and did not align with what was agreed upon. Being in a vulnerable position and later questioning what was actually injected is extremely upsetting. In aesthetic medicine, trust, consent, and transparency are non-negotiable. My experience lacked all three. I strongly caution anyone considering treatment here to double-check everything and not rely solely on verbal assurances. I would like to update my review. I had a severe immune reaction to products that were used during the treatment that should not have been used as I paid for a service with microneedling with prf in which no other outside products should have been used. I asked to speak directly to the supervising doctor (btw who is also questionable if looked up) which was not responded to and I also asked for the practitioner's nursing credentials (because there is no one by her name on the California consumer site) multiple times that were not given to me. I don't know what else to say, but my face was severely damaged by this practice and I wish I had done my research and never gone here. Please look up the place and the practitioners on the California board that you are going to so you don't have an experience like me. read more
