We decided to rent our…read morehome out to help with the mortgage, so we packed up most of our valuables and personal items and moved them into an inside unit at desert storage. We also had my husbands beloved 1964 mustang that needed a secure, dry home for the duration, we chose an outside access unit for the car. A friend told me about the 24 hour security cameras, the reasonable pricing and friendly staff there. We called periodically and they were more than happy to let us know all was well. We came to town late one night and we were actually able to access and open the security gate to get my husbands car. I love how lit up it was at night as well. With as busy and rushed as we were to get packed and get to my moms, we were actually able to rent the units online instead of wasting time driving down to Carson city searching. Years ago I rented a storage up here at the lake and someone broke into it with bolt cutters. It had no security and there was no recourse. I felt this place had top notch surveillance-someone would have to scale a fence to rob it plus they would be on camera and under flood lights! highly reputable, professional, well managed units.

Interstate U-Stor at Somerset is hands-down the best storage experience I have ever had. While I…read morewas in the process of moving to Reno, I emailed back and forth with Carlos about pricing and availability with always quick responses and accurate answers. While they did not have a space the size I needed they did provide alternates and the date a unit would be available. Fast forward a few weeks, move to Reno is complete, and I had just spent the week at the lake and did not want to put my boat back at the horrible storage facility I was using, so I decided to drop in and see if they maybe had something. The service that was provided by Homero was amazing and although the space is still to big for me, I rented it on the spot. Clean, secure and exactly what I wanted for my wakeboat. You could tell, based on how Homero helped me, that they truly care about their business and their customers. If you have a boat or an RV you care about, this is the place to rent from.

NOT TRUTHFUL WITH ME - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…read more Unfortunately, I had rated them five stars...until I left after several months. I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.

I found a place in Washoe Valley but it was more expensive and further away so I got on the waiting list for Zolezzi. The manager is super friendly and helpful and the space is just over half what I was paying previously so I have been nothing but pleased. The yard is filled with RVs, work trailers, travel trailers, and cars that are in various stages of decay waiting for restoration. It is easy in and out and the spot is large enough for my trailer. I sure appreciate the convenience and their pricing can't be beat. Glad I checked in with them :)
