In short, Norah will be able to provide you with a truly wonderful experience and beautiful photos to treasure always. I'd like to share my experience with you and invite you to read further! I had the pleasure of working with Norah when she came to shoot my Jack Russell, Toby and I after I found out he was diagnosed with cancer. I was told he probably didn't have much longer to live and he had been such a huge part of my life since he came into this world. While he was still active I wanted to capture his spirit and our bond with some professional photos. I stumbled upon Norah Levine Photography and I am so thankful that I did. After I reached out to Norah through her website she was very quick to respond and before we even talked about photos or business, she wanted to hear about me and Toby. I could tell immediately that Norah was very sincere and passionate about not just photography, but the special bond between animals and their guardians. We set up a time to come meet Toby and go over the vision I had. Norah came by and she was so warm, kind, and spent a lot of time getting to know Toby and his big personality. We talked about the things I wanted to try and capture, and how we would go about that. Norah was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all my questions (and there were a lot!). She put me at ease as I was a bit nervous because this was so important to me. On the day of the shoot, we had so much fun and the whole time everything flowed naturally and went very smoothly, which can be a huge challenge when you're trying to get the still attention of a JRT. Norah was very creative and thorough - she had great ideas on backdrops, locations, angles and all those technical things - she was a pro. I could not wait to see how things turned out! Soon after our shoot Norah was able to share proofs of the photos from the shoot. I couldn't believe how amazing they turned out! I was all smiles and tearing up because she truly captured what I had hoped for and the photos were beautiful beyond what I imagined. Norah offers electronic and physical copies of your photos which was very important to me, including photo books and other beautifully-crafted items. I still show off my pictures with pride to friends, family and coworkers. It never fails that I get gasps, "ooh's" and "wow's." Toby has survived his battle with cancer and is doing very well. I will treasure these photos for a long time to come and if you are looking to capture something or someone the very best way possible, you have found her. Your trust will not be misplaced. I'm trying to think of any part of the process that could have been improved but I truly have only positive things to share. I am very thankful to Norah for her amazing work, professionalism, thoughtfulness and sincerity.

Noëlle's work stuck out immediately, as it was really important to me to have lifestyle photos that not only felt authentic but also timeless. Fast forward 8 months or so and I cannot thank my gut enough that we went with Noëlle -- she came on a day when our baby was pretty fussy and still managed to bottle up the magic of the first hazy days of parenthood in full focus with the most beautiful photos. I cannot stop staring at them. Noëlle made my camera shy husband not only want to be involved but happy to be and made me, a freshly postpartum, first time mama, who wasnt feeling amazing in her new skin...beautiful. The pictures are treasures and we cannot wait to include Noëlle in milestones in the future.

So glad that we found Krista and Ruff Adventures! After meeting Krista at our shared vet we decided…read moreto have her take our 14 year old, Ella, out for an "Honor" photo session. My husband and I have 4 dogs (that we spoil like they are our children) and we instantly felt comfortable sending our elderly dog (along with some props) with Krista for the morning. A few hours later Krista returned our extremely happy Ella after visiting downtown Austin, the green belt and wildflower fields. A few hours later, Krista gave us a sneak peak of some of the unedited photos. As soon as we saw how talented she is we asked her to book us to take more pics of our other dogs. Today Krista dropped off Ella's hardback book, and wow!!!! She truly captured her young-at-heart spirit. I'm not sure how she got so much energy and variety of facial expression in one morning from our girl, but I could not be happier with the quality of the pictures and the book! For our second session we asked Krista to take pictures of our two American Bulldogs at our house. Taking pictures of these two children is no simple task... One is a 17 month old female, 95lbs and in heat....and the other is 22 month old male and 85lbs... We got to watch Krista in action with our pups and she truly is some kind of dog-whisperer! We can't wait to see the results! Extremely professional, high quality pictures, high quality ( and not flimsy) photo book, well worth the money. Thrilled that we found Krista and we HIGHLY recommend her to fellow dog lovers!!!

My dog is friendly senior dog and I consider him a bolter (not so good off leash)but she was able to take him out and get him to obey her commands which resulted in AMAZING photos!!! They were gone for the entire morning and when he came back he was a happy camper. It's like taking your dog to doggy daycare and getting great pictures in return that'll last a life time. If you are wanting to have great memories captured of your dog then look no further. Krista is THE ONE! I would trust her with my dog in a heartbeat and my dog is like my child. Especially during a time that I understand is a busy time for them. To her, kudos for having the balls & responsibility to respond back. Make up...it's her profession, & apparently a way of life. I'm was nervous the night before, nervous driving over, nervous walking up the sidewalk. But *the* second that I walked in the door and Lisa and Gayla introduced themselves, I felt like I was in the company of good friends. They were so relaxed, so fun, so friendly. Lisa started on my makeup right away, and I wish I could have been a fly on the wall with a video camera, capturing every brushstroke she made for future study. She was thoughtful and careful, working her magic delicately and precisely. When she handed me a mirror to check things out, I looked like a me I had never seen before. She rocked it! Then Gayla turned on the lights and we got started with the actual shoot. It was so quick and painless, I can barely remember going through it. Knowing I'm no model, Gayla was so nice to direct me and encourage me every step of the way. She made me feel so comfortable just hanging around in my unmentionables. She doesn't just stand in one spot with the camera and shoot either; she was all over the place, standing, squatting, even laying on the floor to get the right shot. The photos: Then the photos showed up in my inbox, and I couldn't believe my eyes. They were so much more than I was ever expecting. I wouldn't change a thing. Lisa's makeup, Gayla's artful eye, the composition, the lighting, the processing -- all work together to create incredible individual pieces of art. I'm pushing 40, so I shot with 666 Photography as a gift to myself, to be able to look back in 20 years and think "oh yeah, I was cute back then." These photos from Lisa and Gayla are so much more than even that to me now...
