And when I requested a full refund for completely ruining my hair... crickets. Tried contacting the salon as well, nothing. I can't get back the hair she cut off for years and now I have to try and salvage it with another hair stylist. I asked for just curtain bangs and she gave me a full shaggy wolf cut and took off the front half of my hair. As well as all my ends were cut with a razor blade so they stick out I can't even clip it back. She even recognized she was used to those cuts and did it to me forgetting that it's not what I asked for. So upset.

She maintains my blonde balayage each time i go in and i get compliments all the time. It's rare to find a stylist who is genuinely personable, loves what they do and who consistently does a quality job, is fairly priced and goes above and beyond to serve you as the customer.
