UPDATE 7/30/12: THIS MATTER WAS NOT RESOLVED, My conclusion was that Nilu was not happy to cross-qualify us for the listing agent since she knew that she would not obtain the business from a qualified BOA buyer. So she did everything to delay this approval since her site was broken she wanted my wife and I to drive to her location over an hour away after a week and a half of trying to get her to accept our information over PDF files. Well I'm happy to report that we ended up buying the property with an all cash offer 15K below what we had originally had offered. This chick screwed the listing agent and the seller. She did this only to look after her own interest and not the interest of those who are referring business her way. GOOD JOB NILU, I'm exposing they way you really do business, I certainly hope that you lose that business from those who take the time to read this review since you deserve to be treated the way you treat others. SHAME ON YOU!
