Steve and his assistants were so funny and they were quick and professional. I loved listening to them joke around in their Caribbean patois. It made the move more entertaining! When it was time to unload at the storage unit, I watched steve load many dollies, 4 wheelers, and carts with the experience of a master jenga player. He knew how to load each with a max of things that was easy to roll without anything falling off. I was super impressed. Inside my storage unit, things were packed in very well so that they left me a lot of room for me move around in between the boxes inside while the placements of everything in there made great sense. Third time was NOT a charm. I first used this company January 2020. They were phenomenal back then…read more Fast forward to March 2026 qand they were still great. Until the 3rd move June 2026. I had to move due to issues with repairs never being done and mold because my landlord is a slumlord. (Do NOT rent from C&S Apartments!) Anyway, the movers the 2nd time around were nice, professional and as quick as could be considering they were helping me pack up to move my belongings into a storage unit. They didn't waste time and were kind. BUT they failed to wrap my solid cherry wood bed set in moving blankets which resulted in all my furniture being scratched up and damaged in the 3rd move, where once again they did NOT wrap my items when moving them out of storage, into the van and then into my new apartment. On the 3rd move the Forman was upset that there were 2 flights of stairs to move the dresser up, despite me saying so in the questionnaire when booking. The Forman said to me that they'd have to charge extra for the stairs. Which I said NO to because that should have been done in the estimate. He kept saying the dresser was heavy... well, your company loved it twice already and no one else whined about it. He then told me, " if you give us a bigger tip, we won't have to charge for it." I let him know that they moved the same dresser up the stairs to the last apartment and didn't charge extra. He also dragged out ending the moving time because he wanted more hours. I literally had to bring boxes in to try to counteract his stalling tactic. Unfortunately, it didnt help because he then hid in the truck while the other 2 guys were putting together my bed. My couch cushion was damaged and they broke a dresser drawer. I was told they'd come and fix it, but 3 months later they never did. I had to go buy the wood glue and do it myself. The company doesn't have full insurance, so don't bother if something major) like my solid wood night stand) gets damaged. You will not be compensated for it. I did get some money for the leather couch cover, but not enough to purchase a new one. Find a company that has full insurance and will own up to their mistakes, if made. There are so many scratches and chips on my bed set. Not to mention missing feet caps that were not missing before the 2nd move. This 3rd move left me with damaged furniture and no accountability for fixing it when they said they would. Instead I was told, "it's the end of the month and we have a lot of moves. Your repair is not a priority." So much for being a loyal customer who had used them 3 times. FIND A BETTER COMPANY! THIS ONE IS NO LONGER GOOD!

They stated that they always ask customers to turn on their TVs before loading them onto the truck. However, they did not ask me to do this, nor did they follow that procedure with the smaller TV in my bedroom. What I also don't understand is why I would ask them to move a broken 70-inch TV in the first place. If I knew the TV was already broken, there would have been no reason for me to pay movers to transport a large, broken TV to my new home. When I tried to discuss the situation with the owner/manager, the conversation unfortunately became confrontational. He raised his voice, became defensive, and accused me of lying about the TV working before the move. Moving is already expensive, and I don't believe it's fair that I should now have to cover the cost of replacing a TV that was working before the move. I have since submitted a formal damage claim with the company and filed a complaint with the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services (BHGS). I hope we can come to a fair resolution. I also want to make it clear that I am not looking for any of the individual movers who helped us to face unnecessary consequences. They were friendly and otherwise did a great job with our move. I simply want the situation handled fairly and to be compensated for my damaged TV. I understand that accidents can happen during a move and that sometimes things get damaged. If the damage had been caused by something I did, I would absolutely take responsibility for it. I'm only asking that the same accountability be shown here and that we can come to a fair resolution.

Even with the minimum cost, it was still more affordable than other movers, and I felt the quality well surpassed what we paid. I clearly told them my house has 2 bedrooms and a bonus room, but in reality they only planned for moving 1 bedroom, resulting in understaffing, which made me ended up paying more because of the long hours and overtime. The scheduling person didn't even get my name right...the scheduling experience was pretty bad. But the actual moving experience was good. I guess next time I will just have to be extra cautious with the scheduling office.

I have moved a few times in my life, but the service I got from Daniyar was def the best one. Also, all the moved items were transferred safely too. I had one extra heavy bed-transformer sofa from Costco that is SUPER heavy and the team was able to move it perfectly. They were amazing and the price was very reasonable. Also, my closing got delayed twice therefore, i had to reschedule my move twice (like a day or two before.) but thankfully, Daniyar and the team was able to accommodate that. Def recommend!!
