I also take alot of pride in keeping my smile in good shape (I get a lot of compliments lol). The service I have had in the at least five times I've been there has been nothing short of excellent. Dr. Arsen is very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to answer any questions you have, as well as inform you of things you didn't even think to ask. He doesn't rush and shows a genuine concern for your dental needs. The environment is clean, the entire staff makes you feel comfortable, and they're both friendly and professional. I had an extraction/implant done; the procedure went smoothly-- before, during and after. I was nervous about it when I got there, but as I waited to get called in, Dr. Arsen actually walked out and asked how I was feeling. I told him I was nervous, but he assured me I was in good hands and it was just comforting that he took a second of his time to make such a nice gesture. So Grateful for Allara Senior Living Community My Aunt moved…read moreinto Allara Senior Living about four months ago, and we couldn't be happier. We viewed lots of facilities and Allara is by far, the best Senior Living in the area. From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Matt Ryan and Brenda have helped make this transition so smooth and have gone out of their way to help her feel comfortable and at home. My Aunt lived in her past home for 55 years, so this transition was not going to be easy. We sold her home, and she had to downsize into a smaller place, not an easy move when your Aunt is used to living in a big home. It took a few months to settle in, but once she did, it all worked out! Moving to Allara was the best decision. Room and laundry are cleaned once a week, she has three meals a day, plus activities she can engage in with others living at Allara and most importantly, her doctors come see her and make sure she's getting medical attention when needed. It's amazing to see how happy and engaged she is -- she's made new friends, enjoys the activities, and always talks about how much she enjoys her new friends she's made. The facility itself is clean, cheerful, and full of warmth, but it's really the people who make it special. You can tell they truly care about every resident. Everytime I visit the staff is so friendly, I'm filled with gratitude seeing my Aunt smile, and I'm so happy that she lives close so that I can see her every week. They did not check her records or ask the office to confirm before acting. I filed a formal complaint with the Department of Social Services, and it was found to be substantiated of both a Type A and Type B violation. This is public record and available on the DSS website. Additionally, neither my brother nor I were notified when my mother passed away. I learned of her death two hours later when a Sheriff answered her phone when I called, which was devastating.
