I was behind on my taxes 6 years for my personal and business. Charles was very understanding especially at the beginning. You see I had already been cheated out of close to 8K in fees I paid to one of these IRS Rescue places. So I was not a very trusting customer at the beginning. Charles took the time to understand all of the information about my situation BEFORE even accepting any money (If I recall correctly). I was bowled over by the breadth of his knowledge. After everything was said and done it turned out that I really owed very little in taxes but he penalties where coming at me like a freight train! Charles was the Calvary to my attack. He saved me so much money BECAUSE he knew the process. Of course he is an ethical person and I would not deal with anyone who isn't. But the little guy (me) can always get helped with a technicality in my favor. That was my issue. Due to a technicality that no Accountant I know of would have found, Charles was able to reduce my penalties significantly. If you were to say I was satisfied that would be a gross understatement. I am just THRILLED at this invaluable resource that every person and business should know about. He even has a monitoring service that he runs for a yearly fee that will tell you of any impending issues with Uncle Sam a good 6 mo. before they happen. He would always alert me that I would be getting this or that in the mail and tell me how to respond or what to do with it BEFORE I ever got anything in the mail. It is just so comforting to know that Charles and his company have my back and if, God forbid, I ever get questioned or worse audited I know that Charles will be there by my side advising me on what to do or not do. I am always down to the wire and never find a new accountant to prepare my taxes. Mike Feenan is NOT responsive. Over the last few months, I have left voicemails and sent him email messages. I have also left messages with the office admin. To this day, he has not returned any of my calls. I have specific questions regarding my returns, which he prepared. Yet, I cannot get the courtesy of a return phone call. I will look for a new accountant but share this review to let everyone know that you should avoid Mike Feenan if you want prompt professional services or even a return phone call. I spend too much money on his services for him to ignore ALL my messages.
