I have been a customer for over eight years, and Feenan Financial is horrible. Each year, I tell…read moremyself that I will find another accountant. However, given my busy schedule. I am always down to the wire and never find a new accountant to prepare my taxes. Mike Feenan is NOT responsive. Over the last few months, I have left voicemails and sent him email messages. I have also left messages with the office admin. To this day, he has not returned any of my calls. I have specific questions regarding my returns, which he prepared. Yet, I cannot get the courtesy of a return phone call. I will look for a new accountant but share this review to let everyone know that you should avoid Mike Feenan if you want prompt professional services or even a return phone call. I spend too much money on his services for him to ignore ALL my messages.
