    I called today to speak to Joanna at lynch and Conboy about our cancellation on our workers…read morecompensation policy. While explaining why I was calling- she started to yell at me on the phone and "I don't have time to explain this" "I don't want to talk to you about this" and I don't have time for this" "You can't leave a message for Marty (one of the owners)." It was to the point where I asked her to stop yelling and told her I don't appreciate her yelling at me. As I was telling her that she said "yeah- Yeah- yeah" and hung up the phone. THis is the worst insurance company to deal with. I suggest to LOOK the other way and find a different option.

    By far the worst insurance company in MA! I called on December 6th, 2019 after receiving my renewal…read morepolicy letter, to inquire about the price increase (about $11 dollars more a month). I spoke with Lianne. She informed me that the rates went up. I also, inquired on a second person that was listed on my policy. Lianne informed me that "that person is not affecting your rates because that person is listed as deferred and not as a driver, having that person there or removing her will not affect your policy." I said well go ahead and remove that person. Two weeks later I got another letter of renewal on the mail now with an $800.00 increase, and when I called on December 24th, 2019 the same person said it's because you removed that driver. I said I removed because you said it doesn't affect your policy. I ended up switching insurance, and I still got a bill from my previous company of $56.52. I called once again in January 28th, 2020 spoke with Lianne again and she was going to reach out to Safeco and call me back, I never got a call back. I called again on February 18th, 2020 and although they admit that, yes they misled me to remove someone who apparently was listed as deferred but still positively affected my rates, there's nothing they can do, and Joanna also said that " do not know how insurance works". Picture this; an insurance company that does not know how insurance works. Also the last time I called, Joanna was very rude she wouldn't let me speak, she said and I quote "regardless if you acted upon our guidance, that bill now is your responsibility, if you don't pay it just let it go to collection, and will affect you and not us" . After requesting to speak with Lianne she put me on hold until they closed at 5pm.
