Great gas prices compared to other places around our area…read more The only thing that hardly ever works is getting a receipt , you 90% of the time have to go inside to get it. The inside is like a small convenience store. You can get lotto as well. Just there is a smell or you can say an aroma that inside. So I try to just get gas there.

The gasoline they sell is not top-tier but it is also higher priced then gas stations nearest them. Granted they are located in the countryside and for locals it is convenience that brings them to where they are situated. Perhaps they feel like it's easier to sell fuel at a higher price point even though the gas they sell is nothing I'd put in my car let alone my lawn mower. A little older then recently this place had accusations regarding the pumps output in gallons not matching the gallons listed and amount pumped into someone's vehicle. Lastly, the way the business is situated make for an extremely inconvenient situation during busy times as the parking lot and filling station area blend into one narrow strip that's difficult to pull in and out of to get a spot for gas or to just run into the store. You can visibly watch this as you are in line waiting at the traffic light next to the gas station. I have watched more people drive over the curb because of this then I can count.

Before making an eight-hour trip each way, I specifically asked them to tell me about every imperfection because I did not want to be out there and be surprised by anything because it so far. I was assured there was nothing wrong. When I arrived there was a giant softball size dent in the drivers side door. It had barked all the paint off so it was white on a dark green car!! Everyone swore they had never seen that before and they don't know how they missed it. I invested significant time and money, including travel expenses and a hotel stay, to come see the car. This experience was frustrating, costly, and incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic customer service, look elsewhere.

Never have we ever been disappointed with the service, quality of repairs and respect for the customers. They have fixed things such as ball joints, exhaust, brakes, shocks, tires, timing belt, water pump, inspections, A/C. Honestly, they are honest hardworking group of men and women at this establishment. Just to keep it real, vehicles they have worked on for my family included 2004 Subaru Outback, 2008 Subaru Legacy, 2008 Toyota Tundra, 2016 Chevy Tahoe, 2019 Chevy Tahoe, 2021 Toyota Rav4. I do not take any of my vehicles anywhere else unless the dealer requires the vehicle comes in for warranty stuff, otherwise they come to Best Auto period. I have become friends with John over the years. Just a great place to have honest work done at a great price.

On my way there I heard some noise coming from the bottom of my car, I made a stop at a gas station and realized that the transmission mounts were not tightened. I had my car at the Dodge Dealer for over two weeks getting a few things fixed, however it seems that during their service they forgot to tighten back the transmission mounts and left them loose. I only noticed during my long drive to PA. I immediately sought for an auto repair shop near me in PA and this shop popped up on google. I am so glad this was my first recommendation as they were able to help me at no charge and were so understanding.

I did a search online for Auto Repair near Palmerton, PA and came across Hearn Enterprises among a few other local shops. The first shop I called wanted $85 just to look at my car, which seemed absurd considering we knew the issue, and couldnt guarantee it would be done today. Luckily, I called Hearn and was quickly able to speak with someone. I made an emergency duct tape repair that could get me to there and went. I got there and was greeted by an employee who said his son would be right out to help us, which he was. Sure enough, the problem was confirmed within 10 minutes and then completely fixed within an hour. Family owned and operated by completely honest, friendly people who went out of their way to help us out. Refreshing to see in this industry these days; if I didnt live so far away I would have a new "shop" for life. Thanks again!

It doesn't matter what brand vehicle you purchase... All of the service departments are horrible to deal with. Today we go for an oil change. There are no cars waiting or in the bay. There are 25 minutes before they close and it never takes close to 25 minutes for my oil change. They close at 6pm. We're told there's not enough time and they can't do it. We get back home (to Wyoming not right in WB) before 6pm. And there wasn't enough time? If closing is going to be at 5:30pm then state that on your site and on Google instead of having closing time at 6pm. Or find employees who actually want to work. Just another reason we won't be going back to Motorworld. After seeing the kind of customer service and excellent employees that Blaise Alexander Hazelton has to offer we know what we shouldn't deal with. They saw me immediately for a dashboard light issue when Motorworld said it would be months before they could schedule me. And this is after myself and my family have purchased a total of 6 new vehicles from them over the years. They don't care and never will. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for vehicle purchases and oil changes. **Went to Valvoline in Kingston today and they were wonderful. They did so much more than Motorworld ever did. Very thorough and similar pricing. They have three bays that they use instead of having two and only using one like Motorworld.**
