Customers with pre orders and direct orders arriving 10 to 15 minutes after me picked up and yet I still sat and waited. Finally after inquiring twice and told twice they were "dressing my sandwich" I still waited. They really need a better system for their pre orders.. what's the point of using the app if you're made to wait almost and hour for a meager sandwich. The sandwich. I had a regular sized sandwich which was plenty filling for me after a day on the slopes.
