She still kept glancing at it for the next few minutes. Argh. She begrudgingly helped me for a few minutes looking for parts for a funny idea I had for my buddy for a trophy, (a golden ball on a pedestal, you try and guess which form of cancer he had) but didn't have really the right parts for it. I then asked her if she could engrave something quickly for me before she closed in an hour. She told me that she couldn't because the machine was off. I asked her if she could do me a favor and help me out. She said she couldn't. She could have, she just didn't want to. What she wanted was to get back to her silly game, not to help a local out with a silly gift for a cancer survivor. Nice.

The box had arrived very last minute, no one could help and I was in a huge bind. They offered to do this very last minute project after hours for our family. I know this will give everyone in our family just a little bit more comfort seeing the beautiful engraving with a name instead of a cold, solid box. I had asked when I was considering buying it, whether I could wear it every day and sleep in it. I was given a confident 'yes'. But then when the bracelet broke and I brought it in to be fixed, suddenly it was 'not an every day bracelet'. The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is the earrings and the fact that they (tried to, as it broke multiple more times) fixed my bracelet free of charge. I will not be purchasing any other jewelry here, and I am not selling my bracelet back to Homsy. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
