Their community has multiple businesses they can be assigned to. There are even Police Officers who can write citations for running or talking when it's time to listen. Children learn how to run a business, come up with marketing ideas, vote, pay invoices, get paid & open bank accounts with being taught the importance of saving. They get to also pay for things the other companies are selling. I would have loved something like this when I was a kid. They're always looking for volunteers & they provide coffee & snacks in the morning & lunch for all volunteers. I recommend volunteering because it's a beneficial lesson for children to learn. It's also fun to see the kids learn from their mistakes & shine through their triumphs.

My oldest kid was there since second grade and he was finishing 6th grade , but Mathnasium had a folder for him with math of 5th grade. He was doing nothing there and Mr Bryce " the scammer " was totally care less. This place used to work better some years ago, but then was sold to an investors . You used to reserve your time and they will have one tutor for like 7 kids ( or less ) . Now they have " any tutor" and like more than 10 kids. They just want your money. They don't care about your kid education. Kids go there to have social life. They even go outside to craft burger and order dinner , then return to play on their computers. Just look after your kids, this Mathnasium is a scam.
