As a precautionary, he looked inside the dryer and found that the vent was disconnected completely from the blower, causing lint to escape the vent. Because of this, the lint was burning on our heat element coils. Ultimately, this could have created a house fire had we not found this issue. I have been really skeptical of all HVAC companies in the past 5 years. I have been burned by so many HVAC techs and wasted so much money. 4 different companies went through with different shadiness levels giving me different answers for the same HVAC issue. Every company kept telling me my freon was low and i most likely had a leak. One company even told me to just replace my brand new system cause "it was from China" The Jaguar tech (Jeff) definitely gave me some disappointed head shakes at previous work but was the only one to truly put his head down, work, and diagnose the root cause of the issue. He checked every part of the system before he gave me an answer on what he believed was wrong. After the diagnosis he detailed every part of the HVAC unit (and attic unit) and explained to me what he was looking for, what he found, and what he believed was the answer. I never felt like he was up-selling me. It wasn't even a freon issue to begin with and the filter drier needed to be replaced. After another visit and a 4 hour procedure my HVAC unit has been running smoothly all Summer 2026. I will seriously only call this company from now on.

From the moment I called and made an appointment I had a feeling it was going to be a really good experience. The woman who answered the phone was so friendly as well as professional and set me up for an appointment a few days later. I asked her if the service workers could install a new cover screen I had purchased for the outside vent exhaust and she thought it wouldn't be any problem. As promised, the service guys called when they were on their way and gave me an ETA, which was right on time for our scheduled appointment. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. As it turns out, they couldn't install the dryer vent cover that I had purchased because of the paint and stucco surrounding the opening, but fortunately, they had one in their truck that worked just fine. It was such a relief to find a company in which I have such confidence which means I won't procrastinate like I usually do in scheduling the next cleaning. I first learned about them from our local community Facebook group and I can see why so many neighbors recommended them. I thought their pricing was quite reasonable and competitive and certainly worth preventing a possible dryer fire.

Not only was he here sooner he got the job done quickly. Our washer & dryer were side by side w/the dryer hose passing behind the washer to where it exited--when the old washer became unbalanced it had banged into hose causing the hole that were unknown to us till it was exposed when new washer was installed. As a side note, when replacing a washer or dryer do not let the installer run a dryer hose behind a washer as if it becomes unbalanced it will damage the hose creating a fire risk.

A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.

We ended up calling Cozy Home & Mark showed up on time the next day. He immediately put on booties so he wouldn't get our dark floors all dirty. He had already done his homework on the age and sq. footage of our house, which impressed us. Mark was very knowledgeable about our system as well as the Mitsubishi system we decided to go with. He was able to give us a quote that same day on both a single zone and dual-zone (we wanted the option to cool the living room too). Mark told us that it would only require one day to install the 2 systems, which was a lot quicker then the other company quoted, & the price he quoted us was even $1000 lower. They still had a slot open the next day so we told Mark to set it up. Roberto, Salvador, & Gaio showed up right on time at 8:30am, just as Mark said they would. The guys did a terrific job on the install aside from the dirt/dust. We were going to have them wear booties until we realized it would be way too difficult for them to keep having to take them off when they went outside throughout the day. They brought in a tarp to put down under each unit to catch some of the dust & dirt. We made sure to keep them well hydrated and well fed since they were here from 8:30-5:30pm, and it was 100 degrees that day. All in all the systems work wonderfully, and we wished we'd done this 2 years ago. We were so happy with the company, we decided to hire them to be our HVAC service company from now on.

I am a realtor and needed a HVAC inspection ($150), so I call All Weather since I had a great experience with them before for my own HVAC system. Art (Arturo) was assigned to the inspection. An email (with the tech's name and picture) and text was sent when he was on his way which is nice. Art did not rush the inspection and was very thorough. He took time to explain what he was doing and what he was checking for. Also took time to explain what maintenance items needed to be completed. Then provided a thorough report of the maintenance items needed and cost if they were to perform them.
