Extremely reasonably priced for what you're getting and the conditions here are amazing for the price. Everyone at the pro shop is nothing but respectful and courteous! I've never had a bad experience here at all ever. The course is relatively easy and forgiving. There is a couple tough holes. This is one of the best courses to play for the in-experienced golfer who wants to play a full course of 18 holes. Highly recommend!!!

Between the two bags, it wasn't a full set. We purchased used balls at a dollar a pop and new balls for five bucks a sleeve. Ten tees to a bag was only a dollar, so we grabbed two of those. The shop has some merchandise and snacks. Since we had time, we grabbed a large bag of range balls which cost $8. The pro shop worker let us buy 9 holes for three people and said we could decide if we wanted to do the other nine holes later. Three players for nine holes was $20. Not bad! We asked for a scorecard and headed out to the range. Check the scorecard for a layout of the course. The range was empty. We hit a few balls there. I like how they have distance markers on the range. We skipped the putting range. The greens were well kept but wet from recent rains. The fairways were gorgeous but slow because of the rain. The carts were gas powered. I've never experienced that! No gps or electronic scoring. No windshields, so bugs were all in my face. No towel service either. By the end of the day, we had a great time, my shoes were soaked, and I managed to play like a decent golfer with a 1, 5, 5 hybrid, 7, two 9s, a sand wedge and a putter. Lol. Not a full set, but manageable. Bathroom had no light, had to pee with the door open just to be able to see. The course moved fast. We were done in less than four hours. Only two major water hazards. Lost a few cheap balls, nothing major. Overall, a great time. Bring your own gear, a flashlight and eye protection and you'll do fine. The offering is minimal but keeps cost down. Could use a real restaurant and a snack and drink cart on the course. However, they do a great job maintaining the course, so I would recommend a visit.

The grounds keeper should be fired!…read more Tees - they moved the tee markers to a new location and didn't touch the divots from the previous locations. They should have been filled with sand and seed. The grass on the tees was an inch longer than normal. Fairways - balls hit in the fairways would disappear because the grass was so long, almost like hitting out of the rough, EVERYWHERE! Sand traps - traps had not been raked, probably since last year. They were all matted down with new grass growing in them. Greens - The greens were in fairly good shape with few un-repaired ball marks. There was no winter freeze burn anywhere. Cart paths - cart paths were in very poor condition, just like last year and years ago. I don't think they've had any attention in DECADES! The green fees were $39 on a Sunday which is reasonable but when they can't maintain the course to a minimum standard, it's overpriced! There were major puddles in all the usual places (yes it's been a rainy spring) but the lack of creating roped off areas just made things worse. So disappointing to see what used to be

A lot of locals come here for the restaurant and bar. There have even been a fair share of celebrities golfing at this stress free relaxing course. I recommend making a day out of randolph. Breakfast or lunch at verns, cardinal café, mjs, or r&ms. Golf this beautiful place. Have a drink or two from their solid bar. Enjoy dinner there or mjs if you're feeling a little more country. You can't go wrong.
