The club house has had recent renovations and the outdoor area looks spectacular. Staff were beyond friendly which I know can get overwhelming when there are 72 golfers demanding drinks from the bar and lunch before hitting the fairways. Peter is the nicest owner you will run into. It was a beautiful day on the course, and always a joy playing at the links.

That's my only complaint as we've been to other places where you can aim on the screen and essentially practice other swings. I did like the decor, reservation process, and atmosphere. Would be cool to be add a vending machine of drinks and snacks as the business doesn't have employees on site. It was a fun couple of hours on a rainy day.

I salute the ownership for keeping greens fees low, (lowest in the Rochester area) maybe to a fault. There could be a few additional improvements that could be made, but it seems that steps continue to be taken. The pro shop and customer service is always friendly and happy to see you, and tee times are usually on time. I can't recommend Farview enough for the course, views, hospitality and value!

They "ran out" of certain types of wine and liquor. Cocktail hour food was sparse. before the hour was over, there were a few grapes and some undistinguishable triangles of brown cheese. They hand passed a few items but not for long. Dinner was good, but wine service and champagne service gave us each two sips. Rolls came after the salad as their own course! The servers were confused and unorganized and lacked leadership. It's not their job as 17 year olds to know how to run a banquet! The dessert table ran out of forks, plates and coffee cups and they were never replenished. People ate off of napkins! The venue is beautiful, but they are clearly not apt at serving or servicing large groups. So why do they host weddings? I'm not sure. I would never host a gathering at Cobblestone.

It's $5 to play per person for the disc golf course and you have the option of renting a cart for an additional fee, though we chose to skip it. The course itself is short with some wooded holes, so you only would need it for the short walk to hole #1 and back to the clubhouse. The course is mostly par 3's with a few 4's thrown in. We felt the design of the course could have taken more thought because you had to double-back across the hole you just played to get to the next hole's tee pads. But otherwise, the course was well maintained and marked. Worth the money to play with a decent mix of open holes and some wooded. We would stop in if we were in the area again.
