Don't come here if you don't have an insurance claim. I've had two experiences with this body shop…read more First one was great (insurance claim) got an estimate, got my truck in, work was done great, great experience. Second one was complete HOT GARBAGE, can't get a price to fix truck the second time (not an insurance claim) the guy behind the counter told me on my third trip to his shop I needed an appointment to get a price which is what I had the first trip I made the second time around. Had an appointment but his computer crashed which somehow turned into my problem, he asked me to come back. Second trip, second time around (with no appointment mind you) he walked out with his phone took pics and said he'd call let me know, never did. Come to find out he lost the photos or my number or something. Came back a third time, second go around, was told AGAIN I needed an appointment, he couldn't just give me an estimate because he had 2 in front of him and apparently 3 is just too many. I don't recommend Floyd for customer service reasons the man behind the counter doesn't understand that those 2 words mean, but they did great body work, I'd give a 1 star if it wasn't for the first experience. I'd gladly pay someone else twice as much if I can better service than this, which is what I'll be doing.

Ok so I took my truck in for a coolant flush and diagnostics and told them it was going to need stand pipes and dummy plugs minimum.Few days later they said ok I need oil cooler that will fix it I said great I PAID THEM ALMOST 7000.00!Then go to pick up my truck it still won't start hot turns out it needs stand pipes and dummy plugs which if you remember itold them it needed when I took it in to them.Since I already paid them to change an oil cooler wich by the way they charged me as much as a complete rebuild at any other shop I was against taking my truck back into them I forgot to mention this is my dailey driver I drove the truck to their shop.Manager calls me since I left terrible google review says he don't want like the truck leaving unfixed made me think awesome maybe this place is ok after all.Boy was I wrong I drove my truck into their shop few days later I'm told truck is done go to pick it up which is understatement.Hopped in my truck tried to drive it barely made it to their shop few street terrible grinding actually made it to parking lot straight across the street I'd say what maybe twenty feet wheel bearing completely gone!Get out to see what's wrong jump out look at my truck and every bit of my coolant is pouring out of my engine compartment! They say they did nothing wrong apparently it's normal to take a truck to a shop drive it there mind you I always thought you would pay 7000.00 pretty good chance you'd get to drive the vehicle home I had to have my truck towed home from their shop had to have the repairs made that the shop did to my vehicle they completely say that they did nothing wrong. So if anyone actually reads reviews make your own decision but make sure you read the bad reviews I will from now on believe that...If this review saves one person from falling victim to this repair shop it was worth it..I pray no other person ever gets ripped off by this place again.Pick a different place any place. Thanks for reading and good luck on your shop search this place isn't what anyone is looking for in a repair facility.......I wish they had negative stars this place deserves --7000

Ok, we're all looking for a good, trustworthy mechanic when we need one: Sam's Alignment & Brakes…read more is a superior choice. Took our 2013 Hyundai Elantra to a well known local auto shop for an alignment. Our car was pulling left after putting on a new set of tires. They said they aligned it and charged us $103.00. Left the shop and notice it was still pulling left. Took it back and the service tech said it was aligned to spec. He went on to say that the car had been wreck and maybe caused other damage. I flat out told him, I have had this car since it was new off the show room floor and it had never been wrecked. So they alleged that they align it again. Took it home and it still pulled to the left. Took it back again and he said they will adjust it so it runs straight but it will cause unnecessary tire wear. Long story short (I know too late) it still pulled to the left. Did some in-depth research and found that Sam's Alignment & Brakes is the best in northeast Oklahoma. Took it to Sam's and he had it fully aligned in 50 minutes. Need I say more? He was so personal and down to earth to visit with while he explained everything he was doing as he was working on my car. Absolutely the best find I have ever made when it comes to auto repair. Best decision you can make, look no further.

It's rather difficult to maintain your mother's car when you live 1,600 miles away. So I had to…read morerely on word of mouth from a local about someone who could fix the apparent failed water pump in my mom's Infiniti G35. My brother brought it to Bruski Autoteknik and we received a quote that was about 2/3rds the price of what I would expect from the dealership. I pulled the trigger (mamma's gotta have her wheels) and the next day I get an updated invoice saying it was the radiator and not the water pump, and the actual bill would be about $100 less than the estimate. Yes, I typed that right, instead of noticing the radiator *and* water pump was damaged, only the radiator was damaged and it would cost less. Bonus the work was done well, no leaks and the car was cool again. That's my kind of business, doing the work that needs to be done, doing it well, and doing it under honest pretenses. Hence five stars.
