Okay to start this off the work Carl did on my arm was great. If I were rating just that I'd give…read morethe place 5 stars. In the middle of June I got a Celtic design about 8 inches long that has healed very nice so far and I love the look. That being said, I have never felt so uncomfortable at a tattoo shop and I have a whole sleeve and back pieces done as well so I've been in a few. Carl was so rude from the time I walked in to the time I left. He made terrible comments on my other tattoos and told me the WHOLE TIME how shitty they would look in 10 years and that I made poor choices. He proceeded to point out every single flaw that he considered my tattoos to have - including things which are intended and not flaws. He told me that a tree that I have looks like weeds and that "he just doesn't understand it". I love every single tattoo I've ever gotten and I will continue to go back to the shop I go to for all of my future work. I will never go back here again simply because of Carl. He also took frequent cigarette breaks (3 in the 2 hours I was there) and continued to tattoo while breathing the smoke at me. He was one of the cockiest people I've ever met in my life and talked so much crap about other tattooers and other people the whole entire time I was there. I actually cried when I got home and he made me regret getting tattoos in the first place. Seriously do NOT go to Carl if you don't want to cry lol. This is not about Matt at all- I've heard beyond great things about him but I'll never go back simply because of Carl.

The decor is really inviting and clean. I have not had any issues with my piercings, but I do get a weird feeling from the male piercer. He has never done anything inappropriate but he is not very comforting or communicative. He honestly gives me a pretty weird vibe with his standoffish, odd behavior. I'd come back for the BOGO sale but probably wouldn't come at full price.

One I needed gone forever was highly embedded in black ink (a well-done tattoo, but one I regretted getting). I chose Chelsea for my cover-up not only for her incredible work, but she had the best cover-up work I seen! I presented her with some ideas I saw online, all with a similar theme of a mandala with flowers. She drew something up for me, using pictures of real lily flowers (my fave) she had growing from her previous home and I loved it and was ready to go. This took a few sessions due to the detail she puts into her work. If you want something worthwhile, especially a cover-up, please go for quality and detail over "saving money" or you will regret it! You will also enjoy listening to music here and she will put up a room divider to cover you if someone comes in, or someone is there with another client, so you won't be seen if say you have a vulnerable or private part of your body exposed. There is no one else I would go to for tattoos after my sessions with Chelsea. I can't say I regret the tattoo she covered up ... it's what led me to this cover up which is my absolute favorite tattoo! This picture is almost 2 years healed.

My daughter already had work done by Chelsea (owner of the shop) and I really liked the work she'd done. The shop is very clean and well organized. The staff are very professional and meticulous about making sure all tools and work areas are sterile and sanitized. The products used for any service they offer and provide are high quality. I will mention they may be pricier than other shops, but the quality of the work justifies it. You get what you pay for! I've become a repeat customer, since Chelsea tattooed my cat's paw-prints I definitely recommend Pebbles Ink for tattoos and piercings!
