Me and my coworkers were sending our boss flowers after her mother's passing. I tried to order…read moreonline and couldn't. I called the shop, spoke to a man, placed the order and provided him my card number. He asked if I wanted delivery for Thursday or Friday. 3 hours later I noticed I still hadn't been charged. I called and requested a receipt or invoice to provide to my coworkers. He told me system was down, he'd send to me the next day. Next day, still nothing (and it was Thursday, delivery day) but I didn't have time to call. So I called Friday this time getting a woman named Judy. Judy was very professional. I told her about the issue with no receipt or anything and asked about delivery. She checked back with the man, called me back and said he was under the impression Friday delivery was okay due to weather. I said oh, I wasn't aware about the weather, it was never mentioned. I said Friday was fine, but if they couldn't deliver Friday to please go ahead and cancel the order and I'll order elsewhere. Friday night at 8pm, still nothing so I assumed they went ahead and cancelled. I ordered elsewhere, who delivered following day, smooth transaction with no issues. An hour after the 2nd company delivered, there was a debit attempt to my card (that I had locked after seeing terrible reviews), so I called immediately. I told Judy I thought the order was cancelled since I was still never charged. She said they delivered the order. I was very frustrated. I asked why they would deliver without payment, doesn't make sense to me. She said they trust their customers. She said she was going to call "him" and call me back. She called back saying she was told either we can go pick up the flowers (from my boss who just lost her mother and is grieving), or I can pay for them. She said she was just the messenger a few times and I felt terrible for her. You could tell she did NOT agree with this. I told her under no circumstances to go back to my boss's house, and asked if the man could call me. The man named Trent called me restricted a few mins later saying he was calling at my request. I told him the issues, never getting debited, receipt, and the issue with delivery date, and I advised just to cancel if they couldn't deliver Friday. I was very polite during all of this, but definitely frustrated. He proceeded to tell me he's "not God and can't control the weather", I was shocked at this response. I told him not only is he not God, but he's not very godly person and has sketchy business practices. Wanting to go pick up flowers, from my boss, after their mistake. At this point I was so aggravated I told him to resubmit payment, he clearly needs it more than me. He did. Considering I was never given a total or receipt I received a charge for $26.57 more than the website showed, excluding taxes. All in all, terrible learning experience and I will never not check reviews again.

There are a ton of options and everything is a bit overwhelming but I feel like it needs to be so you get exactly what you want! We did have a little trouble with their payment system but that was very minor. The day of my wedding all of my flowers arrived beautiful and lasted days and days after! we had a small inconvenience because We were told cake flowers were included with what we purchased but none came but we fixed that with a simple pull some flowers from the arch piece. I was super pleased and got everything and more I could have wanted from my flowers! highly recommend.

IN MY VIEW - PLEASE NEVER USE FTD FLORISTS - THEY SUCK...they in turn send your order to some other…read morelocal florist ..... neither wants to help - apologise or do anything to make the situation better. I ordered balloons and chocolates for my boyfriend for Valentines day and they screwed the order up - AND please don't expect any apologies they dont know what one is - so you will be wasting your time. They delivered 3 nasty balloons instead of 6 making the cost per balloon over $20.00 !! really..... I have photos of evidence and witnessess but they called us all liars...the owner admitted the mistake on the day claiming 3 got lost in the delivery van but a week later retracted this saying he sent 6 balloons !!!.... HMMMM???? They only offer was to take the balloons back that day and re-deliver the next....ERMMMMM Valentines day a day late??? and taking the gift back??? in my world that is not acceptable and wasn't practical - here darling happy valentines day ohhh wopppps the store messed up so we are taking it back in front of all your friends and staff but dont worry they may - MAY get it right tomorrow. Come on!!! who would do that. I guess any crapp is better than nothing. right??? I understand it is a busy day and mistakes happen but come on - I tried to work with the shop and asked them to send a teddy - plant or the additional 3 balloons but he refused - I would have been happy if they tried to help me out or at the very least say Sorry - you know that magical word SORRY . Come on i tried !! but the owner Don didnt want to help or even speak to me and slammed the phone down on me. I'm still trying to get something sorted but I doubt any good outcome will come from this - so ive had to call my cc company to get the charge disputed - a shame really because i would have been happy with a practical solution ....... Be careful and read the other reviews - ive seen several negative

I hired ECR to prep and seed an area of my back lawn I had tilled up and tilled in compost to…read morerevitalize the soil. I would have done it myself but rain and work kept me getting it done. They quoted me $2100, which I found excessive, but if they could get here and get it done, it was acceptable. I supplied the seed and the hay. My wife told me they were there for 3 hours, which I found was a very short time for the size of the area, approximately 2800 sqft. The first thing I noticed was they had areas the hay was 8" or more deep...normal depth should be 1.5"-3" so the new seed isn't stifled. I raised the concern and asked them to come out and correct it, but Evan assured me that was there way and it works. About two weeks later, held up by rain, I finally got out to inspect the growth and noticed the ground had not been rolled and leveled...I was not happy at all. It looks like an open field, not a backyard. I messaged for Evan to come out and redo the work, mentioning now I know why his kid (worker) was only here for 3 hours. Evan showed up as I requested and immediately verbally took offense at the term "kid" since he had done the work and he was a 30 year old married man with children...I found this level of offense very odd. So we then went out to see the area in question. He informed me I didn't specify to level and roll the ground and they don't do that in East Tennessee...another response I found interesting. At that time I decided to let him know I had been a professional landscaper and had done commercial and residential jobs and leveling and rolling is part of putting down grass seed...he still disagreed. His argument was like an automotive paint shop arguing you hadn't told them to sand and prep the car surfaces before they sprayed the new paint you requested, after charging you $10k for the job. Evan accused me of being one of those people who would come back to him after 2 years because the grass died. Then he proceeded to tell me Californians are so particular about their yards...isn't every client that pays him to do work? He went on to say he wouldn't cut the grass for a year and the ground will level itself over time...are you kidding me? If expecting professionals to know their job and execute it correctly for the money paid is being particular, then yes I am, as everyone should be. I informed him I had stopped payment on the check I sent him. After more discussion, I agreed to pay him a reduced amount of $1600. I finally went out a week ago, about two months after the job was done, and cut the grass that was growing in splotches. Well guess what, where the hay was so deep...no grass! It was horrible. Saying I was a little miffed would be an understatement. So I got out the grass rake for my riding lawnmower, beating myself to death on the incredibly uneven ground, and removed as much of the hay as I could with that, then last week I reseeded and set up sprinklers instead of using hay this time...time will tell. These guys may be good at mow and blow services, or tree services, but anything else, be wary and know every aspect of the job you need being VERY specific about every step of the process when discussing it. Then get every step in writing. As far as putting in new lawn, seeded or sod, steer clear. They do not know what they are doing and know nothing about dealing with a clients concerns after the fact.
