I asked for a manager and was told by the man behind the counter that he was the manager. I went to the pro section and asked for a more general manager and Gus arrived. Don is the sole reason that this review went from one to five stars, and after being told by the man at the counter multiple times nothing can be done. Don made it right like an honest man would. Props to him, train the tool rental manager on customer service and policy.

Then the driver didn't have his partner and there was a mix-up in the delivery person via his boss. The item was defective and management wanted me to bring the maor appliance back. Then when through constant phone calls they did pick it up, they then charged me for the pick up of their defective item. This store's managment should be fired along with the delivery service as other people have mentioned that they are not doing a good job with delivery or know-how as to installing whatever appliance they bought. I will NOT recommend this store to anyone and I will not buy anything from that store. Neither will five of my church members who had horror stories of their own. They disrespect a customer, tell lies, and pretty much are hoping that they can cheat you out of money by charging YOU delivery service for them taking back their defective product.

The selection was great, and while prices were a bit on the higher side, that's expected when you're supporting a local business rather than a big box store like Home Depot or Lowe's. You also pay for quality of the plants and service, so don't let the prices scare you. My only complaint is the limited selection of perennials. They had tons of houseplants, annuals, and other varieties, but the perennial section felt a bit lacking. Still, the overall experience was amazing. One tip: if you get easily distracted or overwhelmed, maybe visit once just to look around, then come back with a list. I made the mistake of trying to browse and shop at the same time and ended up leaving empty-handed because there were just so many options. (Not a bad problem to have--just be prepared!) The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Wife brought home 3 packs of plants...so 36 total. I noticed some of them already looked in bad…read moreshape and basically dead, to the point where it was just rotten stems or none at all. We sent pictures and were told they just looked dried out, so I watered them all down...well that seemed to pretty much finish them off. The shady thing is my wife didn't know anything about it, so they picked them out for her.
