I'm giving two stars because the front desk staff were great. My experience with the mechanical…read moreservice was not positive. I brought my car to Meredith Auto for a vibration in the front left dashboard. Lee, the owner, went for a drive with me and heard the vibration. He suspected the kick panel. The car was ready in about an hour and a half, but the vibration was unchanged. I returned to the shop. Lee said he had replaced clips in the kick panel and that the vibration was gone when he drove it. However, the vibration was still present. We went for another drive, and although he acknowledged the noise, he said it was the panel and that he didn't know what else to do. No further diagnostics were performed. I later took the car to another garage which found multiple problems. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Meredith Auto for diagnostic work.

They kept me updated throughout the repair, and they had my car fixed and ready the same day, so I didn't have to worry about being without it over the weekend. I am writing this review based on a recent, disappointing experience with Leisure Automotive. I…read moredealt with Bill, who informed me that my car had been inspected and that the timing belt had broken. He claimed I "won the lottery" because there was supposedly no engine damage, despite the fact that a belt failure on a Honda V6 almost always results in the valves hitting the pistons. Being skeptical, I performed my own inspection. I had personally installed a new OEM Honda timing belt only four months ago and was confident in the work. When I pulled the top timing cover, I found the belt I installed was still perfectly intact. There was no evidence of a snapped belt, a seized water pump, or a failed pulley. I was charged over $1,100 for a timing belt replacement that clearly didn't happen. Based on the symptoms, I believe the actual issue was a simple fuel pump fuse--a repair that should have cost less than $200, including diagnostics. I have recommended Leasure automotive to over 100 people over the last 20 years because I believed he was honest and above board. I actually started working on my own cars in 1979 specifically because a mechanic ripped me off back then; it is a shame to see a shop I trusted for so long compromise their integrity like this. I am sharing this so others can be aware of my personal experience.

Their quote to fix everything they found? Over 2 Grand! So back to good old, reliable Top Line. Turned out the "check engine" light was on because the little door over the gas cap wasn't closed. Top Line just won't take advantage of elderly customers and, in my book, that makes them worth our loyalty! She took them donuts as a thank you :-)

The prices are the same. Go to the expensive looking new place with flavorful food, decent portions and sauce thick enough to coat a noodle with a little bit of meat. Doritos are tastier than the spaghetti sauce I received. This is not the childhood neighborhood restaurant of your memories. They won't that treat you like you're their niece. They don't care what your name is or if they see you again. This restaurant will NOT turn out to be a memory of delicious, hearty, savory food. The server was an "order taker" as opposed to a guide helping to select a tasty meal. The server looked annoyed with the couple of questions I asked ("Would she chose z or y?" and "Would she choose small or regular?"). The server provided no feedback even about whether the small or regular portion was the way to go. She stared at me annoyed with a, "When is this night going to be over look." I got my check not long after 5 pm. It was early. I asked the server for her recommendation a couple of times. She started at me annoyed. When asked whether I should go with the regular or the small. The server said, "It's regular so it's large." Large? The "regular" that's a "large" is a small at a regular, new restaurant. The small must be a shot glass of bloated, flavorless noodles with watery sauce. I asked for extra sauce for my tasteless, white, naked noodles. I got a little saucer of watery sauce with the same practically non-existent meat. I had the flavorless, virtually sauceless and virtually meatless bloated spaghetti noodles with non-existent meat sauce. I overheard another server say that angel hair pasta is an up charge. I would have gladly uncharged to Angel hair rather than the water logged, bloated and flavorless, slick, sauceless noodles I received. The server later breezed by later with an, "Are you good." A manager or owner breezed by with the same "I don't care" version of "Are you good." I put my flavorless, over bloated noodles in a To Go container and will make a thick tangy meat sauce with savory spices at home.
