I was subsequent stalked and harassed after leaving a polite 3 star review about my bad experience at this location. The experience left me in tears (not of joy) and I was polite and as impartial as I could be. The consultant then used a personal facebook page, tracked me down, threatened legal action and claimed to have reported all my social media accounts even though I never spoke about my experience on them. My only review up until this point had been a 3 star on google. The consultant claimed she never consented to photos but she had encouraged them and was looking right in the camera on several. It was only after my review that she had an issue because it painted her in a light she didnt like. She wouldn't take no for an answer, didnt help me within the actual fitting room, and made me feel awful. My fiance is appalled and will also not longer be willing to fund our bridesmaid dress purchases from here. Suspiciously, reviews in support of the consultant from friends and new accounts created popped up today just a few hours before the false reports and veiled threats were made by the consultant on her personal page. The dresses may be more cost effective but you apparently risk backlash from expressing an opinion of a trip that dashed your wedding spirits. read more

I (Matron of Honor) would not recommend this location to anyone. Our initial consultation/appointment was warm and inviting. All the gals in the wedding party had a blast trying on dresses and getting recommendations from staff. I fell in love with a gorgeous gown (in green pictured below. We (Bride and myself) discussed the wedding colors with staff and ordered accordingly based on what the brand offers and what was shown to us in-store on their hand held devices. We ended up going with a slightly different style due to what was available to be received in time. About a month later (earlier than quoted) I went to DB to pick up my dress. We ALL expected the bright purple (Picture included from site that is the same dress we ordered) that was shown to us. That's what we agreed and believed we ordered. They bring the dress out to me. I had to double check with staff that this was the correct order. This dress was SO dark. After trying the gown on, I located a sales person to discuss my concerns. They swiftly reminded me of the return policies, and were not seem pleased with me being disappointed. I was told "to talk to the bride" and sent away. Following that interaction I headed outside to the parking lot to call the bride as instructed by staff. I showed her everything. This dress literally blended in with my black seat covers. Returned back in the store and asked to return it since it is not what we were expecting. Meanwhile, I was on FaceTime with the bride throughout the following exchange with the associate. The lady asked me why I was wanting to return the gown. I explained to her the circumstances, in great detail, and that we were under the impression it was going to be the other purple (shown to us in store) and this isn't going to fit the color scheme. The associate goes on to telling me that first the picture I showed her as a reference, wasn't theirs. I proceeded to point out it literally said Davidsbridal.com. Then she stated it wasn't the same dress. I then went on pointing out it was and showed her the sleeves, boning, cut, and brand. The same sales associate then goes on to say that I should know not everything will match exactly and they use studio lighting. Yes the lighting may alter some tones, but what I received vs what I was shown and expecting were POLAR OPPOSITE. I continued to try to advocate for myself by explaining that the sales associate specifically showed us this same color and said how well it will match the theme. She goes on to tell her that they should've told us it wasn't going to match THEIR website. She then made a snide comment that the bride should KNOW what color plum is and walked away. After she walked away from me I headed to the sales desk and another associate helped with the return. First she couldn't believe they approved the return. The front desk gal reminded her that I JUST picked it up not even 10mins prior. Then they wanted the receipt. Never got a receipt because the printer jammed the day we paid. However, it was listed under the bride and matron of honors name. She then wanted the card she had paid with. I tried to explain it was a temporary card that has expired (affirm). That leaves her with the option of trying to exchange for another dress. I then found the original one we all liked (the green one) and ordered it in Marine (secondary wedding color). What else were we supposed to do? Eating the cost and keeping a dress she would never wear. Or accept a paper check that will take a minimum of 2 weeks to months to arrive. If it even does. During this transaction she threw her pen 3 times in frustration. Walked away to help others multiple times as well as visit with their own family. I was asked numerous questions, responded accordingly, and was ignored. David's Bridal has been nothing but problems since we ordered the dress. After the wedding exchange it took another month to get the replacement dress. During that time I was called not once but twice asking if I was keeping my alterations appointment for a dress I don't even have anymore. I had to explain that it was exchanged and the exchange hasn't arrive yet, and request an appointment cancellation...twice. Thankfully the replacement dress fits and can be worked into the theme. But this experience was terrible and could have gone significantly better if they took ANY accountability. My bride feels bad for even suggesting for us to go here. This review is for the awful alterations department. Back in July, I called to request an alterations appointment for a bridesmaids dress, for an August wedding. First off, making the appointment was a task within itself. I tried to get an appointment on a certain day, but the alterations department didn't do the appointments that day during the week. So I asked for another day, which ended up being completely booked up. So then I had to make an appointment for the following week. Because of this, and the close proximity to the wedding date, I had to pay their $25 "rush fee." Fast forward to the alterations appointment. The appointment went fine. All I needed done as a quick hem. So I tried on the dress, she measured, took the dress off. That part was the only decent part of the experience. When she went to ring me up, she started scheduling the pick up of the dress. They have two pick up days for alterations, and since it wouldn't be ready on the first one, I had to go with the day before the wedding. She wouldn't let me come pick it up the night before, even though I explained to her I would be busy all day helping the bride set up and prepare for the big day. So I had to set up an appointment and have my husband come and pick it up. My husband picks it up, and brings it to me that evening at the rehearsal dinner. I go to try it on to make sure everything is ok with the dress. Only to find out there is a giant hole in the back where the zipper is (see attached picture). There was no zipper when I dropped off the dress, and I was appalled that the dress was returned to me in this condition, especially after paying over $100 to get a dress hemmed. If David's Bridal doesn't start trying to meet the needs of their customers, they're going to end up like Alfred Angelo. The whole situation was made out of their convenience, not the convenience of the customer. Unacceptable. read more

I had ordered a "wedding"dress online in 2 sizes, to be sure of fit. Not cheap in cost but the fabrics were so thin that both dresses came in 1 1/2 inch packing box! Awful. In tears on a Sunday afternoon, I walked in without an appointment not sure of wanting to puchase. I walked out a few hours later so happy with my choice. I felt beautiful.Everyone in the store treated me like a queen. I pick dress up tmrw, hope this has a happily ever after ending. By the way the online company charged me a $95 restocking fee. If you plan to make an appointment here on a Saturday afternoon, DON'T!!! I came here to shop for bridesmaids gowns on a Saturday afternoon and it was a complete mess. Everything was so unorganized, not to mention the service was very sporadic. First of all, they overbooked the appointments so the place was literally, I kid you not, completely filled. There was very little room to stand and since it was so loud, we couldn't even hear each other talk. Our party of seven bridesmaids was only given one tiny dressing room. Any chance of getting together to look at the dresses as a group was impossible because there were other girls trying to do the same in every square inch of that space. Folks were continually stepping on my dress as they tried to walk past us. Consultants were screaming instructions at each other from one end of the room to the other which was quite unprofessional when there were customers trying to make decisions. So I couldn't really blame the consultant for disappearing on us several times because I'm sure she had many other tasks and groups to tend to, but whenever we had questions, she was no where to be found. Towards the end, she took our measurements and then disappeared without ever giving us further instruction. We lingered around for a while, unsure of what to do which after a while, we figured we were done. We were under the impression that they would just call us when the dresses were in. We all left and thankfully, the bride stuck around to look at flower girl dresses or else we would've never known that we were supposed to pay for the dresses up front. It would've been nice to have the communication so that we didn't need to assume. The service here was incredibly inconsiderate. From being forgotten about, to the lack of communication and the level of unprofessionalism in the workers, I would advise you never to do business at this location. You pay for the box when you purchase your gown, after the wedding, you send the gown in in the box that you purchased with indicators showing any stains that need removed. They clean it, treat the stains, and preserve it in a nice box with a window and ship it back to you. I seriously got mine back in less than a month! Its such a nice keepsake. Online shoppers beware of the stringent return policy. You must initiate the return within seven days of receiving your product or you will not be able to return it. And you have to pay the return fee that is deducted from your refund which takes a minimum of 14 days to be credited. I feel this is a little one-sided the customer has to make a decision and start the return within seven days so it's pretty immediate however the store can take over two weeks to post the credit. Not that my expectations were high of the store to begin with but this really clenches it and from what I read customer service is definitely not their strong point read more

0 stars. A handful of absolutely negative experiences since January. My bridesmaids had their appointments to find dresses in January and it was an absolute mess. The salesperson did not know what she was doing and the store manager had to assist to make sure all of my bridesmaids were getting dresses in the same fabric. Fast forward to June, my matron of honor and one bridesmaid pick their dresses up. At their alterations appointment in August, it was discovered that my matron of honors dress was a completely different color and fabric. One of the managers with short red hair made my matron of honor and bridesmaid parade through the store out onto the sidewalk out in front to see if the dresses were different colors. It was something that you didn't need to go into different lighting to see. My matron of honor was not able to reorder the same dress. She had to pick a completely different dress that she did not want as there were barely any options for her. The dress was reordered and a week or two later we came back in for a new alterations appointment. The reordered dress was still not the same exact color, but closer. With my wedding being around a month away from that appointment, my matron of honor settled for the dress as the staff at David's Bridal could not guarantee any new dress ordered would come in the same color as the other girls dresses. The district manager called me and said the same thing that they could not guarantee getting a new dress in the exact color and blamed the distribution center. She advised my sister to get the new dresses pinned and said "well at least she will have a dress." She said she was on a trip out of town and would contact the distribution center Monday. I asked that she call to give me an update for a new dress. I have never heard back from her and that was weeks ago. My matron of honor goes in to pick up her incorrect dress finally yesterday. The dress was wrinkled, had a mark on the front and a part of the dress was loose that wasn't 2 weeks ago. More excuses were made for why the dress could look different and the spot was removed from the dress. Another salesperson came back giving a huge attitude saying "well alterations didn't let the dress out" after I stated my opinion of it looking different and baggy. I would never recommend this store to anyone for any occasion. The staff and management are so awful and they make up excuse after excuse and blame others. The district manager confirmed that the staff does not check to make sure dresses come in correctly in the right color and if the tag says a color, the staff goes with that. This could have been avoided as soon as the dresses came in together, but wasn't. My matron of honor never even thought she would need to confirm the color of the dress as you would think this would be a normal process for the store associates before handing out dresses. The procedures for reviewing product when they come into the stores needs to be changed. The staff and management need to have empathy and respect for the customers. The store manager and one assistant manager did try to show empathy and apologized/asked things about the wedding. The dress was refunded and alterations were free after I had to say about my matron of honor having to pay for a dress she didn't want and continued mistakes. The district manager apologized, but it did not feel genuine. The alterations department were all consistently nice and understanding. From most of the other staff and management, it was an absolute disaster and the worst customer experience I have ever received. read more

Went dress shopping with my niece and sister -in-law. We had a couple of places in mind, but David's is local and that's where started. Early Tuesday appointment, not a busy day for the shop. Inventory is available for browsing. Our consultant listened to everyone's input and was very considerate of my niece's likes and preferences. We are very happy with final choice and the attention received by the DB team, right down to the seamstress who told us how finalization would work and the timing of the whole process. Don't even bother making an appointment because that is not going to secure enough fitting rooms for all bridesmaids to try on dresses. We were given 2 dressing rooms for a party of 8, with no seating. The consultant was the rudest and most ignorant person I have ever met. If you are going to be in a position where you are working with many women, there needs to be delicate language about their bodies. She was not going to let me try on a dress because she "just knew it was not going to fit me". I ended up needed to get a smaller size than what she judged and assumed. Even after repeatedly saying that something fits, it was still pushed upon us that we need a bigger size. I believe their sole purpose is to push you to get a larger size to try to up-sell you on their alterations.They need to provide their staff training on professionalism and moral ethics. I would've given this business zero stars but I did not have the option to! Horrible, horrible customer service! Please let me explain. I began wedding dress shopping and bridesmaid shopping in January. Figuring that would be enough time allotted for my October 12, 2019 wedding. However my experience with David's bridal has not only been frustrating but downright horrible. It all started with my junior bridesmaids dresses. My twin nine-year-old daughters will be my junior bridesmaids I took them into David's bridal to get the dresses that we had specifically picked out for not only them but for my bridesmaids. I ordered their dresses one month later they came in. Wrong size, wrong color, wrong dress! So I figured OK we're still nine months out from my wedding no big deal they still have time to order the right dresses. At that time I had an appointment for my wedding dress. They place the order guess what they got the right junior bridesmaids dresses but the wrong wedding dress wrong size wrong color wrong dress all together. So I picked up my daughters dresses they re-ordered my wedding dress. I waited two months for my wedding dress and it finally came in. Then three of my Bridesmaids went and ordered their dresses two of them were the wrong size so they had to re-order and the other one was the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong dress yet again. I am now frantically biting my fingernails due to the fact that because they don't pay attention to their customers needs or wants they have gotten five of the dresses that we have ordered wrong. The only person that got the right size right color and correct dress was my maid of honor. I am 60 days out from my wedding Two of my bridesmaids still don't have their dresses one of them had to return their dress and we're waiting until September 3 for all the dresses to be delivered. I am one very upset bride. I was considering having alterations done on my dress through David's bridal however I have changed my mind due to the fact that they are very inconsistent, very rude and cannot complete simple tasks such as ordering the correct dresses in the correct sizes and the correct color. I will not be recommending David's bridal to any of my friends or family in the future. Besides the birth of my children this should be the happiest day of my life but because of their inconsistencies for the last eight months I have been under extreme amounts of stress revolving around these dresses making wedding planning Unbearable. The woman who helped me find my dress was amazing. her name wa Petya. She picked a dress perfect for me and i never thought i would want a strapless dress but man she sold it well! Fast forward to the day before my wedding, yes the day before. My petticoat the tailor sewn in wasn't sewn in but pinned in. took my Mum and i 3 hours to sew it in OURSELVES. Then after all that mess turned out 5 of the 12 bustles weren't sewn in either. I WALKED DOWN THE AISLE WITH PINS POKING ME!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I first went to the North Hills location because it is closer to my house, but when they didn't have the bridesmaid dress I wanted in my size, I tried this one. I'm glad I did because they had the dress in the correct size and it was a terrible fit! My consultant was Marissa, who was wonderful. She got the dress in my size and the next size up which I had tried on at the other store. Since I was by myself, she even hung around to zip/unzip me and help me talk through my doubts about the dresses. When I decided that dress wasn't for me, she grabbed a few other styles to try instead and double checked the rest of the bridal party to be sure no one else had picked the same one. Since I'm the maid of honor, we wanted my dress to be different. I wasn't able to purchase the dress that day, but she saved my information in the computer and gave me her card to order the dress over the phone. I ended up ordering it to the North Hills location though, since it is much easier to get to and closer to my house. Overall, I had a great experience and Marissa was a huge part of that! read more

I'm not a fan of David's Bridal corporate (pro tip: NEVER sign up for any of their mailing lists!) but I recently purchased a bridesmaid's dress here, and had a good experience. I showed up on a weekday afternoon and knew exactly which dress I needed to try on, which helped. The associate had no trouble looking up my friend's account and confirming that I ordered the dress the bride had requested. I was able to try on a couple of sizes, make sure I had the correct dress, order, and be on my way in under an hour, which isn't half bad. Picking up the dress was equally easy. I'll never understand why they have a strictly-enforced "dresses-must-be-picked-up-within-seven-days" rule, but at least the employees are friendly in person. If you're a bride, you very well might find what you're looking for here and at a reasonable price, although I do recommend you shop around a bit too. David's does make bridesmaid dress shopping really easy, especially if the ladies in the bridal party are spread across the country or you're trying to color match with Men's Warehouse, so I do recommend them for that. read more

I went here for a bride's maid dress. The woman who waited on us was new. She seemed nice enough, but very forgetful/nervous. After trying on several dresses, we picked out the dress. 3 weeks later when it comes in, it doesn't fit. They were nice enough about it -- but the issue was that their fitter gown was sized incorrectly. The person assisting us when we went to try on, I was told, should have measured me. She didn't. "I need you to decide on this right now." -an actual quote from this employee. It was NOT a fun experience. This consultant was aggressive and condescending. The way this store is run is a hot mess. I've been to this location 3 times in the process of purchasing a bridesmaids dress. When my dress came and I went to pick it up, I was met with confusion even though I received at least 3 calls that my dress was in. The sales woman finally found my dress and then kept asking me who I was, if I was the bride, and whose dress this was- even though I already stated that this was my dress that I already purchased. I also had to order a crystal sash. The same sales lady was beyond confused and kept trying to order the sash under the brides name even though I explicitly told her I was ordering and paying for it. When I came back in a week to pick up the sash, I was met with more confusion. Another employee searched for 20 minutes in the back of the store for the sash (even though I had once again received several calls it had arrived. Then for two weeks after picking up I kept getting calls saying my dress was in. Finally I called the store and told them there must be some mistake as I had already picked up my dress. I went to David's Bridal in my search of my bridal gown. I have to say that the experience was more or less awful. Thinking about it again actually makes me shudder. I keep clicking back and forth between 1-2 stars because the sales lady was nice... but it was just too bad for 2 stars. Let's just start by saying that I definitely did NOT wear a David's Bridal dress on my wedding day. I had gone to one other salon before going to DB, so I was not prepared for what felt like a cattle call ad DB. There is NO privacy! I realize that that's how the corporation operates and not just the Monroeville location, but it is terrible. You try on dresses in a TINY room with just the consultant (it's way too small for 2 people though), and then you get shoved out on the floor before knowing what you even look like... because there are no mirrors in the dressing room! Nothing is as humiliating as being forced to stand in front of 25 people (the slew of other customers) in a dress that you feel horrible in. One particularly horrible example - I typically wear a size 8, and my consultant thought that I would just love this "Vera Wang" dress (which was gross btw and not at all what I asked for - and I put it in quotes since calling it Very Wang is a joke). Well they only had a size 4 in that dress, so she shoved me into it and made me stand out for all to see. I felt like a stuffed sausage as she kept putting different sashes on me, while I stood there mortified. I never told her that I liked the dress but I was more or less forced to stand in it for like 20 minutes before turning to my mom and saying, "I really just want to take this off." The quality of DB dresses is absolute garbage, and you definitely get what you pay for. The only dress that had any possibility of me liking it was a empire-waist ballgown that claimed to be made out of shantung taffeta... but I just couldn't get over how horrible the fabric felt! I also had major issues ordering a dress online for my rehearsal dinner, but that's a whole 'nother story. read more

I was highly disappointed with David's bridal today and felt the need to post a review so that this experience does not happen to anyone else. My mom and I went to David's to look at bridesmaid dresses, my sister (the bride) lives out of town so we were going to go and get some solid ideas. I had booked the appointment online which worked out fine, this morning I decided to call so that I could confirm it. I must say the customer service representative that I talked to was SO nice. I wish I would have written down her name. We walked in for 5:30 appointment around 5:25, and were not greeted by anyone. I stood there for a bit before I walked right up to the counter. The person asked me what I was there for and I said bridesmaid dresses and that I had an appointment. She asked me if I was the bride and I said no. Immediately her attitude changed. We walked over to the "appointment desk" where they couldn't find my appointment. I confirmed it twice keep in mind. They then "found it" aka wrote my name on a piece of paper and got a sales consultant to help us. The sales person wasn't very friendly. I told her what we wanted and she showed me two dresses and said "well?". I said sure, gave her my size, and she got a dressing room for me. She then disappeared. She had 3 separate clients, which in her defense was probably not her fault. But regardless she didn't pay another lick of attention to us the rest of the time. When I was done trying on the poorly made dresses, I took them out of the dressing room and walked over to put them away. The sales lady said she would do it and as she was walking past with another customers dress (in a big hurry) she asked if we needed anything else. Needed anything else?!?! I tried on 2 dresses and wasn't even helped AT ALL. I feel bad if brides are treated the way I was this evening and I would never recommend this location to anyone. No one! They acted as if we did not matter and it was so inconvenient that we were there. I understand being under staffed and over worked - but treat me like a human being and not a robot. Also, when my dress was in they only called me 1 time and never left a voicemail. They also told the Bride they called me 4 times and they were going to send the dress back if I did not pickup the dress that I didn't even know had arrived. I went here to try on bridal gowns, and it was so disappointing. The girl I had didn't even ask me what I was looking for, what dresses I liked, or anything. Instead of letting me look for dresses she took my whole bridal party's opinion over mine. My MIL came and she consulted her before my own mother. She didn't even give me time to look around at things. And then when I told her I wanted a blingy ball gown dress she told me "the didn't carry anything blingy." So, we tried on like 5 ball gown dresses, but I didn't like them and because they didn't have any bling on any dresses she pretty much gave up on me.. pretty disappointing for a dress shop.. and the bridesmaid dresses had very little selection of different styles whenever we looked at them. read more

Megan(sp?) at the Monroeville David's was fabulous! She helped my daughter find the perfect dress-and it was the 2nd one she tried on! My daughter had pictures of dresses, and "the One" was not one of them, but Megan quickly understood her style and the look she was going for and brought out the perfect dress-as well as veil, headband and shoes! She was like our little bridal angel! The woman at the register was also very helpful in identifying relevant discounts on our purchases. Their customer service and atmosphere are great and the selections is wonderful as well. We had a truly wonderful experience here. read more

I got my dress at a different David's Bridal location, but had a little emergency that the Monroeville location helped me out on. I needed to attach color-coordinating additional flowers to the junior bridesmaids' headbands, and, feeling sure this was a fool's errand, I stopped in. The place was PACKED, but someone was over to help me pretty quickly. The woman who helped me barely batted an eye. She ran to a case and returned with perfect little color-coordinating flowers with clip backs. Apparently, they use them to clip on to shoes, but they can just as easily clip on to headbands. It was a perfect (and surprisingly cheap) fix. I was elated and had two very happy junior bridesmaids - a great experience! read more

I was extremely satisfied with the service we received at David's Bridal Tiffany our consaltant was wonderful,. We went there to find a wedding dress for my daughter this was the first place we started figuring we would have to go to other places. Tiffany spoke to us for a while my daughter had no idea what kind of dress she wanted so we went and picked some off the racks and Tiffany also picked some dresses. My daughter was extremely nervous she helped calm her down was very patient with all of us. Being the mother of the bride i had not idea what to expect was nervous myself but as soon as we started talking to Tiffany i knew we were in good hands. I can say enough things about how happy we were with the service if i had to complain about anything it would have been not enough chairs but there were alot of people trying dresses on. overall our experience and consultant were wonderful. read more

Now I finally understand why there are so many bad reviews for this store on Google. They have single handedly ruined my Bridal experience; they had me in tears in their store and would do nothing to help me... It starts like this: My mom and I walked in on a whim to look at some ideas for dresses. 3 hours later and after trying on 1 particular amazing dress, we figured we found "the one", but with over a year until the wedding we figured we had time to make the dress work in our budget (at a later date). Davids Bridal knew we were on a very strict budget and that we loved the dress. Well they played on our weaknesses and told us that if we bought the dress within 3 days we would save $300 dollars but if we waited the sale would be over... So we left the store in panic that we were going to miss out on a great dress on sale. So after an agonizing 2 days of decision making, we scrambled enough money to put a down payment on the dress. Only later found out that the sale was going on for TWO MORE MONTHS! They lied to us and in the end we didn't have the money to pay off the dress in full in time, so we lost the dress and the $200 deposit. It was heartbreaking... They wouldn't put the $200 towards another, less costly dress... They wouldn't work with us at all. It was truly a sad experience. I will not be working with the David's Bridal Monroeville ever again. read more

I brought 5 of my bridesmaids along for a dress shopping appointment for their gowns. I made this appointment two months in advance and I even called the store to ensure that a particular dress I was interested in (the convertible dresses) was available in the store. I was told there was two. Great! After we arrive, I am told that there is only one in the store, and the consultants (plural) were unsuccessful in explaining to our group how to style the convertible dresses. I was told to "just play with it." They did not seem knowledgeable of the dresses. So we tried on other dresses as all 7 of us (myself, bridesmaids, and consultant) are jammed into a corner of the store to share A SINGLE DRESSING ROOM the size of a closet. I realize weekend appointments are busy and I expected the store to be crowded (having been to DB before), but I did not expect this low level of customer service. I expected that since they knew (well) in advance that I was bringing a group with me, we would have been given a bit more space. We were literally standing around in front of other people's dressing rooms and were being bumped by strangers. The consultant made a comment that "weekends are busy" and made it seem like it was our fault for scheduling an appointment during that time. Finally, toward the end of our hour long appointment, I was told by our consultant that "I'm not trying to rush you but we do have other appointments scheduled" which immediately left a bad taste in my mouth. Again, I realize it's busy on the weekends but I could not have felt more rushed in that moment. Perhaps the process would have moved along more quickly if my bridesmaids didn't have to use the single dressing room ONE AT A TIME. I was deciding between two dresses and so I felt pressured into making a decision. The floor cleared out around the end of our appointment (possibly for lunch break and NOT other appointments as I was told). I hastily selected one of the bridesmaid dresses for my girls to purchase and it took another 45 minutes for them to be measured/make the purchase, so I'm not sure what the rush was in getting us out of the dressing room area. I'm sure that DB doesn't care about the low level of customer service they provided, because at the end of the day we still placed an order so they got their money (really, we went in there planning to spend $ because how often does one wrangle all of their bridesmaids? I'm sure DB realizes this). I will never forget the all-around terrible customer service experience I had at this DB location and I encourage others to take their business elsewhere. This experience has been a low point in my wedding planning process. read more

Wow, where can I begin with this store. Lets just put it this way, save yourself the trouble at all costs! I have been hung up on as well as not called back when I gave all my information to this location. My " profile" for my dress was never set up after giving all my information for that as well on a separate occasion. After dealing with this store for several months the nail in the coffin came when I was disrespectfully treated over the phone and threatened by Meaghan being told I could purchase my dress but it was more than defiantly going to be cancelled and I would have to purchase a new style immediately. The woman on the phone also told me I was to pay a higher amount for dress than what was quoted ( because the bride purchased her dress there we got a discount ) after being on hold for over 20 mins a supervisor helped put the price of the dress down to what it was to be and was in my customer notes, I was harshly told by Meaghan that " NO OTHER BRIDES MAID CAN GET THIS DRESS FOR THIS PRICE " I sat at work all day miserable and anxious because I thought I had just ruined my best friends wedding. Ladies, save yourself the hassle and please bypass this store !!!!! I got my issue figured out with another store who was exceptional and I will be going there from now on! read more

I was having issues with another David's Bridal store so I called the Monroeville store to see if they could help me. The manager Corrina was so nice, and even though I had purchased my dresses from a different store, stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes helping me solve my issue when the staff at the Rockville, MD store wouldn't even give me the time of day. The manager that helped me was wonderful! I randomly popped in on a Saturday afternoon and not only did they fit me the manager spent a ton of time with me. She listened to what I wanted and gave great feedback. She was knowledgeable and just overall a great person to work with. Horrible experience. Took my future daughter in law, who's parents are both deceased, to look for her dream dress for her November island wedding. We made an appt. and got there to chaos. No personal service, the clerk was running crazy while other's stood at front desk. Then we find that the dress she wanted wasn't in her size so they told us to go order online ourselves. I called just today to get the number of the dress, which we were assured would be on my future DIL's profile, only to find that NO PROFILE was ever made for her. NEVER GOING BACK read more

We had Stephanie D and she was super great. She was very dedicated with making sure we found what my soon to be sister-in-law liked and made her be decisive in a positive way. OMG!!!! Worst service ever!!!! I went there this past Saturday and Elaine was awful. I asked to try on my dress and she told me to go get it. Did not pull it . Did not gelp me put it on and basically ignored us.
