I went here to buy my engagement ring and wanted to trade in the one that I inherited. Paul, not only walked me through every step of the process with sound advice but told me up front that the money he could offer me on the trade-in was not fair to me because he couldn't use it. The professionalism, courtesy, and friendly nature of Paul Katz is second to none. After I proposed, we had to resize the ring to fit my wife's finger. Paul told us that by shrinking it that the diamonds on the band could loosen and eventually fall out. But he told us that he would do everything that he could to make sure this wouldn't happen. After searching for a wedding engagement ring in all the big jewelry stores in Monroeville I ended going with Dapel's after a referral from a close friend. I was impressed with how friendly Paul was, his knowledge about jewelry and his fairness in pricing. I purchased the ring from Paul which my fiancée absolutely loves! A couple of years later I was back out looking for a wedding band and again tried the big boutiques but could not find something that we liked that matched the ring so once again we went to Dapel (should'be just gone there first!).
