    This is how they tried to get me to leave the store with it...the black soot goes all the way around the hem, very noticeable.

    DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS ALTERED HERE DRESS WAS RETURNED TO ME DIRTY FROM ALTERATIONS I bought a dress from you about a month ago and had an alterations appointment the same day. I cam today to pick up my dress and there was a large black ring around the entire hem of the dress that was not there when I had bought the dress. I have pictures to prove that. The dress had not left the store since I had bought it, and had been in the care of the alterations team the whole time. The alterations manager said she probably could not get it out because stains set in that type of fabric. She then took the dress to the back for about 5 minutes then came back and without showing me the dress just rushed me out of the store. I went to my car to look at the dress and about one inch of the black had been removed but there was still a considerable amount around the hem. I had to go back in and get her to take the dress back because this stain had been caused by someone on her team and the dress was being given to me in poor condition. About an hour later I came back and she had removed a little bit more of the stain but there is still quite a bit of black around the hem. She offered to keep the dress for cleaning and then ship it to me, but my wedding is only one week away. That is why I had the appointment today to pick it up. It should have been ready for me, I paid quite a bit of money for a clean white dress. It was not returned to me that way. Signs in the store guarantee a clean dress, and this was not delivered. The alterations team clearly got the dress dirty and didn't even try clean it before returning it to me. I am very upset about the poor customer service. Does no one check dresses before brides come to pick them up? The store manager said she couldn't even do any sort of refund or discount for my DAMAGED WEDDING DRESS. I am very upset that your team stained my dress and tried to sell it to me anyway. I really had to push to get the dress even partially cleaned. It is very unfortunate because I love the dress and wish it could be clean for my wedding day. The pictures below are after they "cleaned" my dress and I left with it because my wedding is near and I have no other choice. The black soot still goes almost all of the way around. They should really at least check the dresses before brides come to pick them up. **In the end, after pushing for some sort of help from the manager, they gave me a discount but its not even enough to get my dress dry cleaned. thanks but no thanks, David's bridal. Do not get your alterations done here, they damaged my dress after guaranteeing it would be clean.

    Katie was amazing! Super helpful and fun. Made trying on prom dresses easy. Savannah went home with a great dress. We will for sure be back.

    These so called managers have no business working for this wonderful company it's literally…read moredisgusting that they hired females like these two. Upon walking in these two were both sitting down gossiping not greeting any customers I thought they were customers until I saw one of them ring up a customer. They both looked annoyed that there were people in there shopping. I asked for a fitting room. She never said if you need anything let me know nope all she did was open the door and leave no smile nothing. I needed a smaller size and sent my daughter to look for it. Since she couldn't find it she went to ask the cashier for help. She refused to help my daughter she ignored her completely. While I was in the fitting room I heard the cashier whining about people wanting the doors open to try on things. When I got out my daughter told me what happened. I walked up to the register and she refused to acknowledge me standing there and kept gossiping with the African American woman. I said I'm ready to ring out they both smirked at each other while the girl in green rolled her eyes and got up as slow as she possibly could. When she got up to the register I asked her if she had a problem doing her job and she just smirked at me. They both refused to give me their names after I confronted her about how they treated my daughter. They said they didn't need to and that by them being managers they could do whatever they wanted. It's no wonder they have no people in there actually spending money! You need to get rid of these two! The African woman was claiming she was the hiring manager has no business working there dressed the way she does. Wearing crocs to work?! They clearly don't dress to represent this beautiful company!

Note: I only had 4 pairs of boots out, I like to try them out several times and compare them before making a decision.
