Dr. McNutt approached my problems pragmatically, listening to my whole story to piece together why I may still be experiencing pain. Another dentist told me that I should get additional root canals and crowns to solve the problem but after listening and looking at my X-rays Dr. McNutt determined that all that was needed was a bite adjustment. As I am typing this my mouth feels back to normal for the first time in months. I am so thankful for his conservative approach and that he was willing to dedicate so much time listening to me rather than just attempting to quickly solve the problem. The woman who helped me figure out my insurance ended up being the kindest person who spoke to me during that experience. This is sadly just the most recent experience among many others.
