On my Charger they notice the bushings needed to be changed as well. I came back and changed all 6 control arms in the front of charger. I was so happy to get the arms changed. The charger new control arms makes the charger suspension just like new and than had the wheel alignment done lastly. I love this shop. Other shops missed the bushings issue on charger. They seen it and explained that this needed to be done since it was never been done ever. They do excellent work. Both my cars are great. Dont go anywhere else. I had a catastrophic transmission failure (stuck in 1st gear) and several codes that indicated mechanical failure. I know my way under the hood (rebuilt my first engine at 15 and went on to study engineering), but for automatic transmissions you NEED a shop that has the right people ... this is the place! I called shops from Richardson to Frisco, and most suggested replacement with a rebuilt unit but there was a backlog in replacement units that was 3 months out. Not a problem for The Transmission Shop, they had rebuilt several identical units and their builder was familiar with my model. They rebuilt it, and took several test drives, made minor adjustments till they were confident I would be happy. The repair took a little longer than originally thought, but Julio texted me updates throughout the process and explained what the issue were as they found them. Decided to have my car towed to another shop. Once there it was discovered that B&B mechanics took out my spark plugs and disconnected all kinds of hoses. All of which didnt need to be done for what was wrong with the car, an evap purge valve. The second shop had to fix what the B&B mechanics did in retaliation of us removing my car from their shop before they could fix the initial problem. B&B quoted 1500.00 to fix my car. Burdicks Auto Solutions in McKinney had my car for two days and have my car fixed and cost me 1350.00 to fix the damage that was done by B&B, fix the puge valve, and gave me an oil change. Of course my husband was stern in his interaction with the staff at B&B but never cussed or screamed. Once things were resolved in the office, he went outside to his truck contact AAA to get the tow truck in route. Two of B&B mechanics came out to his truck and threatened to beat him down. Totally unacceptable behavior all the way around. I highly suggest you dont use this shop for anything. All of this would have been avoided had they just called us to keep us in the loop of what was going on with my car.

The shop "forgot" $100 of labor on the first estimate for the Accord and then their repair did not fix the problem. When my son called to let them know they told him they would call him the next day. They did not. Three days later they finally say they have fixed the problem and I "only" need to pay for the part. On the Civic we had the same problem with the estimate being "under" and it was not fixed, either. I won't be going back EVER. If I could give no stars I would.
