The staff here are nice as sometimes you'll be able to get an appointment the day of if you need one. When it comes to Dr. Hu, his attention to detail and how much he cares about the well-being of our kids is what makes him a great pediatrician. He's always making sure he checks everything off the list and also asks questions to find a solution to the problems. He's knowledgeable and a very kind doctor; definitely recommended.

While he wasn't readily available because my daughter was born on the weekend, he was able to meet us Monday morning for a checkup. Dr. Hu is very knowledgeable and kind. His schedule is pretty full so I recommend making appointments months in advance if possible.

Just an FYI, Dr. Lam's office is located inside a massive medical plaza. Prepandemic, the parking lot would always be full and you would have to constantly circle the lot for a parking spot. The parking spots are decent. Not too big or too small. Staff: I loved coming here as a child. Dr. Lam was my pediatrician for 18 years. Now, I take my neighbor's children to see him because he is the best. He is very kind, patient, dedicated, passionate, loving, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He has like over 40+ years of experience. He could retire because he is well over 65 years old, but he chose not to because he loves his job. Now that's dedication. Anyways, I would trust him with my future kids life. His receptionist, Angela, has been working there for more than 20+ years. She is kind, friendly, and laidback. I believe she used to be a nurse before working for Dr. Lam as his receptionist. Dr. Lam can speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

So many things are said, but isn't done. Biggest reason I put 2 stars is the Front end, you have to call multiple times before they pick up, they schedule you for a Saturday appointment & don't tell you they decided to close after all, they get frustrated from poor communication between them & the Dr then let it out on you with extremely rude attitude. I Have been in there multiple times, and it's not busy to the point where you can't quickly pick up a phone or idk actually submit a referral. Again Doctor is great, just needs staff that can bring organization to the practice, and maybe an assistant to come into appointment to take notes so there's more follow through.
