As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions (about the process and about owning property in general), and we never felt judged or like we were a nuisance. We started looking before the pandemic, so it ended up taking over a year for us to find the right home. Adam was patient while we navigated a highly-competitive and inconsistent market. He never tried to influence us on any one property and was genuinely interested in learning about our lifestyle so he could help us find exactly what would be right for us, even if that meant we saw quite a few homes without making an offer. After getting outbid on the first try, we finally got our offer accepted on the perfect place.
