When we had a maintenance issue, they ignored the request over the app. When we called, they answered, we told them who we were and they hung up on us. We called back but they denied our calls. The house is extremely illegal and not up to code at all. It was in our lease to pay for all utilities but there is only one meter for the water heater and one meter for the rest of the house, therefore prosper is responsible for the utilities. The back door lock is easily broken into. The maintenance worker randomly walked into our apartment without our permission. The electrical is knot and tube. The oven stopped working but was continuously blowing gas. We texted the maintenance guy but he said to just unplug it and it would be fine. The oven continued to blow gas, unplugging it only prevented the electric igniter from igniting the oven. The maintenance man should have rushed over rather than "just unplug it it's fine". He also told us when we first moved in not to file a maintenance request because they don't check them. But they don't answer the phone if you call, they avoided us. Would definitely never recommend! read more

Prior to putting our home up for sale, we interviewed 5 realtors.
