More importantly, they have done all of them within budget and on time. They return calls, come when they say they will, and most importantly fix any issues that may arise.....even years after the project is finished. Some say you can get it done cheaper, but, yes.....that's what you would get.....cheap work. William (the Twin owner with whom I have always spoken) has always been fair and straight forward: a man of his word who stands behind getting it done the way he said he would. Their Operations Manager, Brad, is a PERFECT representative of their company. He just "gets it done". As a business owner myself, I wish all my employees were like Brad. It took them 9 months to a job that should have taken 5 months at the most. Their price was ridiculously high but we agreed to it because the home owners insurance was paying the bill. At the end of the day Twin Construction was paid for thousands of dollars of work they simply never did......When we asked them to discus the fact that our insurance company had compensated them for work that they hadn't done they told us that ....this is how these types of jobs are done. We were expected to just accept the fact that they had been paid for work they didn't have to do. If you want to keep your construction expenses to a fair amount Twin is not the company to consider. I urge you not to make the mistake we did and just take a friends word for their work. Compare their costs to a few competitors and don't allow them to charge you for work and materials they never did.

Some areas were worse than we thought and they spent time not only doing the repairs but explaining what was being done.
